Job Description
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 8 years of project management or related experience. Business Operations This role is part of the Operations team for JAPAC Systems Support Delivery. Reports directly to the Senior Director, JAPAC Systems Support Delivery Operations. The Operations team is responsible for the Business and Operational Support for the JAPAC Systems Support Delivery business including annual business planning, managing daily operations, driving projects/programs execution for delivery KPI improvements, reporting of delivery KPIs. This role is responsible for- Performing data analysis on the daily operations results to identify gaps against the Delivery KPI goals in order to develop improvement programs Managing specific assigned projects/programs end-to-end Reporting the progress status and Delivering the required improvement results within schedule.
