Job Description We are a leading International IT Recruitment company in India. We have an urgent opening for J2EE DEVELOPERS with one of our client for Qatar location. Position: J2EE DEVELOPERS Location: Doha, Qatar Experience: 4+ years Key Responsibilities: J2EE DEVELOPERS Key Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities include the following: - Engage with key stake holders, internal and external, to understand the product and user requirements of the solutions we are creating. - Generate appropriate design documents, wireframes and other forms of documentation to clearly represent the solutions being created - Work with other development team members to allow them to implement the designs, including design and code reviews - Implementation and coding of solutions - Generate unit tests and other testing strategies to ensure the products are being tested thoroughly to produce quality products. Skills & Requirements: Required candidate experience and skills/capabilities include: - 4+ years experience as a Java/J2EEdeveloper - Experience with JSF, Hibernate, EJB, JPA, Glass fish& Tomcat - Experience working with and designing solutions that use large scale relational databases - Experience using web development languages including HTML,JavaScript,JSF, AJAX and JSP - Experience within an agile development methodology, in particular Scrum would be beneficial. - Development experience in a Linux environment - Previous work with large scale networks and systems - Familiar with web technologies such as DWR{Direct Web Remoting) and JQuery. - Experience working with and designing solutions that use large scale relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server

The Role
We are currently looking for experts to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to provide multi-disciplinary services and expertise to our clients on a wide range of onshore oil and gas capital projects. The work will involve project management, engineering, and procurement and construction supervision and we’re looking for people at all levels, in particular the role defined below. To support our on-going projects we now require an Estimating Engineer (EI&C) to work in a team of Oil & Gas Engineers based in our KSA Office. 1. Job Purpose & Scope: The Scope of Work is related to Service-Type 2 which provides engineering, project management, construction management and project controls resources to meet peak manpower requirements in order to support estimating services to Project Management, Facilities Planning, Operations Departments and other organizations in support of planning and execution of the corporate Capital Program. Primary role is to provide overall estimating technical expertise and coordinates activities. Also, provide/review different type of estimates and resolution of complex estimating problems. 2. Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Provide overall estimating technical expertise and coordinates activities as group/unit leader when required. Provide professional expertise in the resolution of complex estimating problems. Prepare multi-discipline, conceptual and definitive cost estimates for Capital Projects. Review estimates prepared by other estimators (II, III and IV level) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work, including those developed by contractor, that may need revising to reflect construction practices in the Kingdom. Assist project management and contracting personnel with bid analysis and contract negotiations. Advise lower level estimators of company estimating methods/procedures and provides estimate breakdown direction. Keep abreast of significant developments in cost estimating by close review of technical literature, contacts with contractors, visit to areas of construction and attendance at professional and technical meetings. Utilizes computer-estimating programs (ACCE “K-Base", MS project, excel, timberline, etc.)

Independence of Operations and Decision-making Authority: Has overall responsibility and accountability for the progress control and reporting Has high visibility to Saudi Aramco stakeholders Able to work within a defined role with limited supervision. Exercises judgment in making decisions; know when to seek advice.Estimating Engineer (O&G) 2/2 5. Minimum Requirements: He should have a minimum of 9 years’ experience in estimating Electrical Instrumentation & Communication (EI&C) activities, including at least 5 years in devoted to petrochemical , refinery, pipeline, or power generation projects. He must be familiar with construction practices, materials and equipment. OR He should be certified by Institute of Building. Institute of Quantity Surveying, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, HNC, HND. He will have a minimum of 12 years’ experience in estimating EI&C activities, including at least 6 years concentrated toward heavy industrial construction practices, materials and equipment. Paramount to success within this varied role will include; * Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner. * Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice. * Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action. * Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments. * Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required. * Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events. * Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines. * Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.
