Job Description 

Maintenance Technicians - GSE/Automotive/Heavy Equipment/Material Handling Equipment - 150002PN   We are seeking Maintenance Technicians with hands on experience to maintain our fleet of ground support equipment (static and non-static equipment) maintained by our technical services workshops, ensuring functional reliability to meet the 24hour requirements of the dnata airport operations and dnata/EK cargo operations.   (Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply)  Maintenance Technicians : (Positions range from Junior to Senior Maintenance Technicians)  The successful candidates will carry out all planned and unplanned maintenance activities including diagnosing, trouble shooting and maintenance on the following types of equipment.

Experience in an engineering workshop/organisation in the field of maintenance of Heavy Vehicles or Light Vehicles or Material Handling Equipment / Systems 
Knowledge of the Mechanical, Hydraulics, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Welding or Fabrication 
 The following would be an advantage in some of the above roles. 
Experience in maintenance of Airport Ground Support Equipment. 
Experience in material handling Equipment. 
Experience in hydraulics/lifting equipment. 
Experience in conveyor systems. 
Experience in PLCs and AC-DC motor control systems 
Experience in traction batteries & chargers. 
A valid U.A.E Driving Licence 
Training on First Aid, Safety and Firefighting at workplace 
 Note: This position is not for Aircraft Maintenance Technicians as the selected candidates will not be working on the maintenance of Aircrafts.

Senior Flight Operations Engineer

The Role 
Senior Flight Operations Engineer - Qatar Airways - Doha  In this role, you will be primarily responsible for all technical matters of a major fleet (Airbus/ Boeing / Bombardier) or for Aircraft performance. You will supervise the Flight Operations Engineers assigned under you to provide technical support to the Flight Operations department. You will ensure the aircraft operations are conducted in a safe and economical manner satisfying all related regulatory and manufacturer requirements.  Your will be actively be involved in evaluating new aircraft systems and modifications and define their operational impact in order to have adequate information and to ensure safe operations. You will be customizing the Electronic Checklist and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in coordination with the technical pilots and ensuring it is in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and Qatar Airways requirements.  Your scope of work includes optimizing the workflow inside the team and between Operations Engineering and other sections within Flight Operations Technical. You will manage Technical Projects and track service bulletins, engineering orders and airworthiness directives.  You are expected to establish the department objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives. Train and develop other employees and support the Manager Flight Operations Engineering in technical projects and deputize him as and when required. 
Requirements 
To be successful in this role you must have a Bachelor of Engineering – Aeronautical / Aerospace / Mechanical or alternatively Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 7 years Flight Operations Engineering experience preferably within an airline operations environment.   You are also expected to have attended the following training courses: • Airbus / Boeing Performance Engineering Course • Airbus / Boeing Weight & Balance Training • Airbus WINPEP, LPC - FlySmart, LTS & Documentation Training • Boeing Performance Software / PET / Operations Training  You should also be professionally equipped with Aircraft systems, operations and performance with excellent IT skills including Light programming. Excellent communication and analytical skills, good understanding of Aircraft Weight & Balance with project management experience and the ability to deliver tasks within tight deadlines is very much needed in this role.

The Role 
Purpose: * To work with the Global Banking and Transaction Banking (TB) Bank Sales teams for developing the cash management and trade solution sales plans in line within overall Business Plans. * To structure Cash Management and trade solutions and to sell products and services to new and existing customers in the integrated manner to the Financial Institutions (Banks) of Northern Gulf (i.e. Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Kuwait) and meet/exceed sales goals and targets in respect of revenues and volumes in his assigned country/countries. (Iraq could also be added to country coverage)  Key Roles and Responsibilities: * To ensure that Financial Institutions (FI) product sales revenues and profitability targets are achieved/ exceeded. * To ensure that client relationship is prioritized to take the utilization/core banking relationship status further. * To undertake market situation analysis to identify new business opportunities in co-ordination with Product Management and Credit. * To understand customers' businesses and to anticipate the requirements through a consultative selling process. To keep abreast of customers' needs, trends and product/market intelligence for new product developments/enhancements, strengthening Standard Chartered Bank's (SCB) competitive position in this field. * To ensure smooth deal implementation and adherence to high levels of service quality. * To identify opportunities of Geographical Breadth and Product depth and referrals to other SCB lines through developing a good understanding of client needs. * Facilitate customer service issues and to ensure a high level of post sales service is made available to the clients at all times. * Maintain on going contact with customers to ensure targeted level of utilization. * To monitor the progress of regional implementation team for FI products. * To prepare customized proposals and standard marketing handouts for structured products. 
Requirements 
* Preferred banking experience in the Financial Institutions sales/relationship management/Trade Finance field.  * Preferred Experience in senior level client management, sales territory management and managing people and teams is important, as is interpersonal skills, presentation and negotiation skills, oral and written communications.  * Understanding of the bank operations, treasury, trade finance, money markets and regulations on a local and regional level is needed. Have a good knowledge of the Groups Policy, Standards, local regulations and legislation of the prevention of money laundering.
