Solution Selling  2. RFP and Fixed Cost proposals Handle different kinds of RFP (Fixed Cost and Resourcing based RFP) Conduct discussion with Delivery team on approach for handling RFP Ensure timely submission of RFP at client side. For Fixed Cost proposal Understand and document requirement from client Conduct discussion with Delivery for preparing the proposal Ensure timely submission of proposal Handle client escalation   3. Increase the number of Resources for client Talk to customer to find out new requirement Get new requirement and check it with HR and Delivery Close it on priority with client Make the SOW and ensuring the sign off before resource joins Handle the client escalation in terms of late joining etc Make frequent visits to client location to build relationship  4. Maintain Weekly Tracker for Middle East (Keep a weekly track on the status of projects(resources, RFP, fixed cost project, BAU etc)) whether respective PO received What is the status of project before handing over to Delivery Send out the status to Maneesh  Prioritizing the projects which will be taken up for current week  5. Maintain Revenue Tracker for Middle East/ India Maintain a master tracker on the status of revenue generated from rojects(resources, RFP, fixed cost project, BAU etc) in entire Middle East region  6. Renewals of Resources Maintain a file to track the expiry of resources. Send out monthly alerts to different clients on expiry of contract Send out SOW/agreement for sign off. Help re allocate projects for resources who are not renewed Handle client escalation. Keep track on timely joining of resources  if interested kindly share your resume.

The Role 
Role Objective:  The incumbent is responsible for all Accounts Receivable and Payable Accounting Operations and related Controls for Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing & distribution co. operations in line with Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing & distribution co. approved policies and procedures.  2. Roles and Responsibilities:  STRATEGIC:  • Support the Treasurer in contributing to the achievement of Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing & distribution co. vision  by taking initiatives in improving Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing & distribution co. Treasury processes.  • Contribute toward the formulation of strategy, annual business plan, policies and procedures of Finance Department to  support organizational business strategy.  • Assist the Treasurer in meeting set targets and objectives of Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing & distribution co.   Treasury function. OPERATIONS:  Accounts Payables:  • Ensure accounts payable activities in accordance with accounting policies, procedures and controls to ensure timely and  accurate payment, capture, documentation and internal reporting of all accounts payable activities of the company.  • Evaluate and recommends effective preventive and detective financial controls and internal compliance processes to  ensure financial and payable activities are conducted in line with the Table of Financial Authority and Table of General  Authorities (TOFA/TOGA) and International standards.  • Monitor Accounts Payable Aging analysis and ensure timely payment to Suppliers. • Monitor reconciliations and verify accuracy of accounts and effectiveness of controls. • Carryout periodic review of Payables reports as per Accounts Payable Procedure.  Accounts Receivables:  • Ensure period-end related activities in AR area and ensure all transactions are properly reflected in the ERP system  • Monitor receivables on ongoing basis as part of cash management  • Review of Accounts Receivable aging analysis, Customer Advance analysis and ensure proper follow-up measures are  taken if and when required.  • Review AR Management Information Report and ensure accuracy and timely submission.  • Review and administer AR procedures and ensure the procedures are adhered to by the team.  • Evaluate and recommends effective preventive and detective financial controls and internal compliance processes to  ensure financial and receivable activities are conducted in line with the Table of Financial Authority and Table of General  Authorities (TOFA/TOGA) and International standards. Monitor reconciliations as required by the accounts receivable  procedures and ensure accuracy of accounts and effectiveness of controls.  • Develop required skills and competencies to increase effectiveness and provide working backup and vacation coverage  as directed for other positions.  • Assist Line Manager with the training and guidance of the clerical staff as needed.  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements  • Assist in the development of annual business plan for the accounts payable function as needed.  • Contribute to the regular review and recommend and implement improvements in the effectiveness of the accounts  payable function and management systems for achieving company objectives  PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:  • Support and develop subordinates in achieving their performance target and provide guidance in managing performance  by providing appropriate feedback, mentoring and counselling.  • Allocate work to subordinates, nominate for training as per Chemical & Petrochemical Marketing & distribution co.  guidelines, conduct performance reviews and manage overtime to ensure efficiency.  • Approve regular vacation scheduling, business leave and emergency leave of subordinates in accordance with the  Human Resources policies and procedures.  • Work together with the Treasurer with development plans for Staff and Qatari Developees.  • Manage Qatari Developees to progress to senior position after Developee program.  HSSE / RC14001 Management:  • Comply with all health, safety and environmental & security standards and procedures of Chemical & Petrochemical  Marketing & distribution co..  • Supports all the initiatives on health, safety, security and environment issues and works to solve problems and make  continuous improvements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment 
Requirements 
• 10-12 years of experience in Accounting, of which a minimum of 5 years should be in a similar position/ responsibility  preferably with exposure in a oil & gas or petrochemical or from similar industry. • Accounts payable/ receivable skills must have been demonstrated in previous jobs and/or assignments • Working knowledge of International payment terms and standards. • Experience in SAP Finance modules  Education:  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance from recognized university / Master’s Degree in Administration / Finance or  Accounting from a recognized university preferred. • Professional Certification such as CPA/ CA is must. • Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, SOX 404 preferred
