Job Description
Key responsibilities:
Create efficient and error free CNC programs. Willing to take challenge to machine complex part with 3 axis milling machine. Design fixturing and provide drawings when necessary. Design and/or order special tools required. Build and maintain a positive, respectful relationship with employees and valued customers. Ensure through the process, all customer specific job requirements are met. Update process traveler, when necessary, prior to release to production floor. Assign program numbers and record on traveler and set-up sheet. Work with employees on process and procedure improvements. Provide required documents for machine set-up(set-up sheet, visual drawings, etc.). Review availability of all tools required for programs; order if necessary. Transfer/Receive programs to shop DNC station. Catalog/Organize all programs/set-up sheets in main server. Assist employees in troubleshooting problems on shop floor. Meet/Plan with engineering when necessary. Perform all job duties and functions in compliance with the company safety standards. Performance Criteria: To meet Company Objectives as outlined in Quality Objectives QP 1.1.P Ensure Compliance with all Company Safety and Environmental Standards

The Role
Security Consultant - Electronics, Engineering, M&E - London An excellent opportunity has arisen with a Leading Consultancy Group based in their London office for a Security Consultant to join this expanding team. This role is responsible for delivering security engineering and security consultancy services to a varied client base. Projects range from complex high value innovative schemes for commercial, residential and retail projects to specific security consultancy advice and counter-terrorist design schemes. The main responsibility as a Security Consultant will be to deliver security strategy and engineering solutions for singe /multiple project sites delivering security design from planning to implementation stages. You will work with the senior members of the security group to deliver projects, each to the highest technical standard. You will conduct surveys, prepare calculations and drawings, contribute to security reports, as well as functional, performance and technical requirements for tender release across multi-project streams. You will apply your technical security experience to assigned projects across SMS /PSIM, IP networks, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection, Intelligent Video Intercoms, Security Control Room Design, Video Analytics, Alarm systems and cross-function Security Integration.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, ONC/HNC+, in Electronic Services or a relevant Engineering qualification, and ideally have or be working towards professional membership of The Security Institute / ASIS, and Chartership. Ideally with 3+ years' professional experience as a Security Consultant, Electronics Engineer or Installer, you will have knowledge of Security Services Engineering Systems including their performance, application and operation. A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic consultant, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will work effectively in a multi-disciplined team, and under your own initiative. You will also be highly presentable with excellent attention to detail, and be able to converse professionally with clients.

MEP CAD/BIM Manager required for a long term appointment in Singapore. The MEP CAD/BIM Manager will be working for a very well established, award winning international consultancy on major projects throughout Singapore & Asia. The MEP CAD/BIM Manager I am looking for must have a proven track record within international consultancies as a MEP CAD/BIM Manager. Experience in Asia is desirable, but by no means essential. The purpose of this role is to deliver drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software and to manage the M&E CAD resource for the Singapore office, utilizing both local staff, and staff in overseas locations. The company concerned have a superb track record of designing innovative and sustainable solutions, across a variety of engineering & construction disciplines. The Singapore team are a source of market leading excellence & offer a proactive & collaborative approach to skill development & professional excellence. THE ROLE This is an excellent opportunity for a talented MEP CAD/Revit Manager to join a small team within my clients vibrant office in Singapore to lead the production of Revit Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design ensuring the effective design of some of the most exciting building design projects in the world. As part of their established team of expert engineers and MEP CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce detailed 2D MEP CAD drawings and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into their current design practices, and train and mentor more junior CAD staff in the use of Revit. This role requires a candidate who is completely committed to relocating to Asia & is available to start within 4-6 weeks.
Requirements
Having already been accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent), you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit MEP in a similar building based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists. You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit, have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially - share the companies passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design. It is essential that you come from an MEP CAD background and have a demonstrable, track record as an MEP CAD Manager within international engineering consultancies. This is most certainly a long term opportunity that would really suit an MEP CAD Manager that is really looking to establish themself internationally and work alongside some very talented western expat engineers.
