Supervisor - Catering - Operations - Omani National

The Role 
- Evaluate and delegate the aircraft catering workload for his staff in the shift.  - Prepare the daily flight schedule for Dispatch Section and all other Operational sections based on the daily mayfly received from IOCC.  - Cross check and send correct Kitchen Order Tickets to the production section for meal preparation and ensure Aircraft Catering Delivery Vouchers are prepared and finalized for every flight catered.  - Ensure catering orders distributed to the various sections-sub sections for their necessary action.  - Disseminate the relevant information regarding changes in aircraft, meal uplift changes, route changes etc… to the various sections within the Catering Department.  - Liaise with other Departments (Ground Handling-Traffic-Ramp, etc.) regarding problems that will affect the overall station performance (aircraft delays, etc.)  - Collate all the relevant invoices for the particular flight and forward it to finance for final billing.  - Ensure selection of correct handling charges, aircraft type and meal uplift to facilitate billing.  - Liaise with Catering Finance and Duty Room to ensure that the charges for private and Adhoc flight are collected and all related information and paperwork are forwarded to finance for billing.  - Ensure all office equipment’s and communication systems are in working condition and take necessary action in case of breakdown.  - Ensure compliance with ISO 9001: 2000 and HACCP guidelines.  - Coordinate with airline representatives, Adhoc, VIP- CIP flights for meal uplifts and equipment.  - Ensure all company property such as radios, communication equipment’s and other office equipment’s are properly maintained.  - Monitor the Sabre System for passenger loads and amend the catering onboard accordingly.  - Ensure meals onboard messages are sent to outstations for double catered flights and actions as per the station requests.  - Action on emergencies and action as per guidelines.  - Any other duties as directed by the Officer – Inflight Catering  
Requirements 
Degree holder in the related discipline OR Two years college Diploma in related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience in an airline catering establishment OR Specialized certificate (IATA) / license in the related discipline related to in- flight services with Secondary School having 06 years of WY experience in the similar field.   Special Skills & Knowledge Proficiency in English (Reading & Writing) Proficiency in MS Office Should possess administrative capacity and be able to Correspond independently

Event Management Coordinator

The Role 
DURATION: 1 year Temporary Contract DIVISION: Supply Chain  REPORTS TO: Event Manager Team Lead  Main Purpose of Job: Drive and manage all product change projects by ensuring smooth and fast processing of all events in-order to achieve first time right quality, speed to market and cost savings. The role brings improved efficiency and effectiveness of events to the business by aligning critical paths across operations.  Major Responsibilities: • Initiate project, prepare the Critical Path Scheduling (Gantt chart) and establish a consensus from all participants on a timetable (key milestones on Gantt charts) • Prepare, organize & lead regular meetings with project team to review the progress on milestones. Write & distribute minutes & coordinate with all stakeholders on updates in between meetings • Maintain NPDI (Nestlé Product Development and Introduction) BU Portfolio & inform stakeholders of project status • Initiate, prepare, lead & coordinate stage gate meetings/follow up on approvals • In conjunction with the Event Owner, post evaluate events to create recommendations and actions for improvements • Provide a regular update to the Business Unit & Category Demand and Supply Planner team on projects’ status • Provide required inputs to enable decisions on innovation/renovation projects • Provide necessary information for Key Decision Makers in the Innovation and Renovation; Evaluate risks and offer solutions to enable decisions on product-launch dates needing to be revised • Train end users on NPD (New Product Development) tool and methodology • Train new comers and brand managers on innovation/renovation process flow 
Requirements 
• Bachelor degree  • At least 3 years of experience preferably in project management • Product launch experience is a plus • Experience in planning or wider supply chain operations is a plus • Demonstrate strong communication skills  • Demonstrate ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders
