The Role

Parsons creates interconnected communities and world class infrastructure.  POSITION OVERVIEW:  Under general supervision, performs various secretarial, administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasks specific to assigned project or work group. Assignments require a working knowledge of standard Company processes and proficiency in utilizing related PC software.  Specific Responsibilities:  • Receives and screens visitors, telephone calls and mail. Responds to inquiries as possible, or refers them to appropriate individuals within the company for a timely response.  • Gathers statistics and general data; reviews and combines this information into established reports for use within and outside the unit. May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed. Such reports may be in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative-style word processing. May be responsible for verifying data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copies. Distributes reports as directed by immediate supervisor. • Prepares and/or translates correspondence and reports in English and Arabic, as necessary. Proofreads and/or reformats drafts of documents created by the PM or other project team members.  • Schedules meetings, conferences, and appointments as appropriate.  • Prepares meeting agenda, reports, files and other materials for meetings.  • Reviews time reports to verify accuracy of hours worked and Job#/WBS charges. Follows up to ensure timely processing of corrections. • Maintains employee directory and related data pertaining to employees assigned to the unit, including company resumes. Tracks paid-time-off hours charged and maintains schedule of future hours to be taken. • Participates in coordinating the flow of documents between project team and other project stakeholders. • Assists in preparing the status reports of the incoming and outgoing documents on weekly and monthly basis.  • Interfaces with Client, Designer and Contractor staff to develop effective and seamless lines of communication via meetings, video conferences, audio conferences and written correspondence.  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. 
Requirements 
• Diploma in Business Administration or related course. • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar field.  • Good MS Office knowledge especially MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  • Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.  • Fluency in both English and Arabic language is required.

Requirements 
- MBA, or Masters’ Degree from a top academic institution. - PE / Investment Management Consulting Experience with a globally renowned Strategy or Management Consulting Firm is a MUST. - CFA is a big Plus. - Minimum 8 - 12 years relevant experience showing progressive promotion, and outstanding academic achievement. - Strong intellectual & analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment. - Strong English communication skills, Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to travel 80%. - Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. - Candidates from tier 1 or 2 strategy firms with a focus on Private Equity or Financial Investments sector will be considered for the post.  - Proven experience in managing, inspiring, mentoring aspiring consultants. - Multi-year experience in investments (e.g. SWF or private equity)  - Experience in developing investment strategies, due diligences, portfolio company work  - Person could also have a former consulting experience and he is now with an investment company   The role offers a generous tax free package and lucrative benefits as well as excellent career development opportunities and a Fast track to partnership for those who can exceed expectations.  Compensation levels can surpass $450k USD per annum when taking into consideration bonus and pension.
