The Assistant Manager 2 is responsible for
serving customers on the floor and assisting the Shop/Department Manager in the
effective running of the Shop/Department in order to ensure the highest
standards of customer service are achieved and maintained.
Key Accountabilities
• Greet customers and assist them in their purchase decisions by offering expert advice in compliance with quality and customer service standards
• Support the Shop/Department Manager in maintaining inventories and placing product orders to ensure effective stock management and availability of products
• Assign routine and non-routine tasks to Sales Associates, Cashiers and Coordinators, in order to ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner
• Assist in the preparation of the staff schedule in order to ensure that the Shop/Department manpower is effectively matched to the shop’s operational requirements in a cost effective manner
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop/Department team, monitor performance on an ongoing basis and suggest corrective actions to hierarchy when needed
• Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and development in order to optimize sales results

The Style Advisor is responsible for providing
the customers with an easy, fashionable, personal and fun customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
• Identify the needs of the customer, tailor to their style and build relationships to exceed their expectations
• Meet customers’ needs and advise them on the proper outfit, and assist in the fitting rooms to determine the most effective approach with each customer accordingly
• Maintain the store to ensure the customers enjoy a relaxed, engaging and well organized selling environment
• Drive customer relationships and sales volume based on his/her product expertise reflecting and spotting trends
• Build client base by consistently adding new clients and working to develop relationships with existing clients

needed for his service station are on hand according to set par level and place
the order of the products from the internal store
• Take part in the opening and closing duties of the bakery in compliance with the norms and internal Procedures and contribute in stocking and receiving goods when needed
• Receive food orders and prepare requested items and their display as per outlined recipes, HACCP Standards, portion control practices, and items’ presentation guidelines
• Ensure sanitation of workstation at all times during the shift by cleaning the fridge, shelves and Counter, sharpening knives and cleaning utensils upon end of shift
• Check the shelf life of products, tag the production/expiry date on each product and communicate the wasted product figures

He / she is the link between the Kitchen Sous Chef / Chef and the staff . He /

• Communicate to the ‘Front of the House’ staff the special menu items and out of stock items when needed and keep them up-to-date with special events and reservations to prepare needs accordingly
• Manage the opening/closing duties making sure the norms and internal procedures are properly followed and check kitchen material making sure it is being properly degreased, cleaned and stored
• Prepare high quality food orders as per the outlined recipes , cleanliness and food safety standards
• Receive products, material and goods from suppliers, vertiy their quality, quantity and proper stocking, and register waste items on the relevant form for inventory purposes
• Supervise station employees’ performance and ensure they comply consistently with the standard serving portions, cooking methods, quality and kitchen rules, policies and procedures

needs.
Key Accountabilities
• Organize and manage the day-to-day running of the manager’s professional and personal affairs in order to ensure the provision of high-quality support
• Manage the schedules to ensure effective time management, coordinate activities, prioritize appointments and reschedule where necessary
• Manage, prioritize, screen and monitor the manager’s correspondence, including calls, emails, post and fax, in order to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner
• Collect and research information on assigned manners, as well as produce reports as requested
