- Achieve targets through service excellence in trading and articulate information dissemination.
- Monitor and closely supervise Sales Team on achieving assigned targets.
- Manage the Trading and Execution desk to ensure the desk is amply staffed and all personnel are trading efficiently and based on internally set standards.
- Closely monitor department’s accumulated targets performance and ensure the facilitation of acquiring these achievements.
- Perform trades manually on QE system in the event of OMS breakdown.
- Assist the sales department in converting leads of Institutional clients by marketing the desk’s trading capabilities and intelligence flow in all active markets and successfully presenting the service offerings of the organization and their value proposition.
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance and risk management policies and procedures and regulations.
- Supervision and performance appraisal of all Senior Sales Traders/Sales Traders Senior Brokers/Brokers Institutional.
- Ensure high standards of confidentiality and ethical trading to safeguard the client and the organization’s best interest.
- Graduate degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting /Management
- Relevant certification for performing trades in Qatar Exchange and meeting relevant requirements as published from time to time by QE / QFMA
- At least 7 years of experience in trading in stock market with at least 2 years in the same position
- Team leading qualities
- Excellent knowledge of Equity and other instruments (when introduced) traded on QE.
- Knowledge of various investment opportunities and trade alternatives within the QE allowed regulations
- Knowledge about QE & QFMA regulations

- Achieve targets through service excellence in execution and a timely, articulate execution reporting
- Work closely with Sales traders to ensure best executions for all clients.
- Execute/Distribute orders passed by the Sales Traders and report execution in a timely fashion. Work on sourcing liquidity from other Brokers/Clients and build a database of available block securities.
- Perform trades manually on QE system in the event of OMS breakdown (After taking the required approvals)
- Client onboarding and testing for electronic trading modes
- Assist the Trading Department in converting leads of Institutional clients by marketing the desk’s trading and execution capabilities and intelligence flow in all active markets and successfully presenting the service offerings of the bank and their value proposition
- Ensure adherence to legal, compliance and risk management policies and procedures and regulations 
- Ensuring efficient and professional management of orders, execution of transactions and reporting of trades.
- Assist and coach junior dealers for building desk execution capabilities
- Participate in any system enhancements and conduct User Acceptance Testing for all new developments to increase productivity
- Graduate degree in finance / marketing /economics /marketing 
- At least 8 years of experience in relationship management with at least 5 years in a brokerage firm with Broker Dealer experience preferred
- Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills -well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Knowledge about QE & QFMA regulations 
- Use of Industry terms and vocabulary
- Good Interpersonal skills

• Egov Program Manager required for a leading consultancy based in Dubai, key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with eGovernment program director and client leadership team to develop eGovernment strategy
• Manage the eGovernment service selection process through interface with key customers, and internal/external stakeholders
• Oversee the design and implementation of the entire program through interface with eGovernment PMO and design and implementation vendors
• Act as the client representative and facilitator for business requirement capture and deliverable approvals between client and external vendors and consultants
• Act as the single point of contact for all project management team resource requests and assignment of resources
• Present program updates to senior management team and other internal and external stakeholders
• Define, document, and communicate the team’s objectives, direct staff on project tasks, eliminate productivity barriers, and promote collaboration.
• Drive standardized scalable project delivery processes to increase project success, improve transparency, and ensure effective resource allocation. Lead a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts facilitating the implementation of business and systems initiatives.
• In addition to managing program level activities such as assessing dependencies/conflicts and generating metrics/dashboards, develop strong collaborative relationships with key customers and stakeholders within client team to ensure successful execution and delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Where appropriate, directly manage key projects that require the experience and knowledge to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project management and business analyst teams to deliver technical solutions to meet business requirements and solve operational problems.
• Direct the management and implementation of multiple large and complex projects and internal cross-functional technical projects
• Develop project plans and timelines; make staffing decisions based on assessment of team members\' skills and workloads; and identify obstacles to completing projects on schedule and within budget
• Provide and ensure (either directly or through Project Managers) integrated oversight and controls from initial project assessment through to launch for all business readiness and solution activities and deliverables to ensure that scope is met on schedule and within budget
• Manage project integration with the client, internal stakeholders, and external customers
• Evaluate performance of each team member, generate development plans and set goals within the context of the corporate policy. Motivate, coach, counsel and develop team members within the context of the corporate policies.
• Set the direction of project management methodologies and ensures staff are trained and consistently following the methodologies defined
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years in program management role
• Management Consultancy experience is a major plus
• Business process re-engineering experience
• Proven track record of setting priorities and multi-tasking between many simultaneous strategic projects and day-to-day maintenance related activities.
• Project management certification e.g. PMP, PRINCE 2 is required
• eGovernment experience is a major plus
• Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to communicate with information technology professionals and senior management team.
• Ability to effectively present information to groups and to function effectively in a matrix-team environment.
• Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to coach, develop and motivate staff.
• Experienced in running large business transformation programs involving IT solution
• Expert understanding of the Project Life Cycle deliverables: Project Charter, Business Requirements Document, Business Case, Cost-Benefit Analysis, and deliverables.
• Expert understanding of Project Life Cycle methodologies: agile, interactive, waterfall and ability to apply the correct methodology to best meet the business requirements.
