A motivated, experienced and energetic General Manager is required for a new real estate franchise operation in Dubai with a well-known global brand. The owner is an entrepreneurial, astute individual with a quiet determination and natural aptitude for business. Having been in the region for many years this is a personal project which is finally being put into full operation over the next 2-3 months. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the organisation right at the start and you will therefore be instrumental in its growth across Dubai and the UAE. Initially you will be involved in every aspect of the real estate business including marketing, business development, property listings, RERA and broker liaison, sales and all associated administration. As the business develops you will recruit a team of sales agents and administrative staff to assist in the growth and support of the day to day and long term business strategy. The role of the General Manager is very hands on, so those with high energy levels and a positive attitude will be most suitable. You will report directly into the owner of the business and therefore will liaise closely with him regarding all matters and to provide weekly sales and management reports.
The ideal candidate with have a strong real estate background and proven skills in business development and relationship management. It is not essential that you have had experience within a management role, however determination, ambition and understanding of the procedures and regulations within the real estate industry are vital. To be successful in this role you also will have at least 2 years’ relevant experience and be a strong communicator to people at all levels with an exceptionally high command of the English language.

Financial Planning & Performance Analyst

Within the continuous growth of the finance team they are now seeking a Planning & Performance Management Analyst to report directly to the Head of the department within the Dubai office location.

Working collaboratively across several departments such as Finance, Distribution, Communications and Marketing you will produce quality, timely reports and trend analysis to support business efficiencies, strategy and decision making. Reports are required on a weekly and monthly basis and presented to the management team and will consist of basic financials, highlighting any areas of concern. Data is extracted from raw sources, in-house local and group systems, and will also provide support to designated projects. For the distribution team, analysis will be given on bank partnerships, whilst for the marketing department you will monitor campaigns, incentives, sponsorship activity, ROI and budget and expenses. This role will be viewed as the reporting expert for the business and it is expected that you will enhance ways of working to streamline processes and ensure efficiency. There are also contractual obligations regarding the creation and monitoring of all SLAs and ensuring positive feedback from all stakeholders within the organisation. This role is highly analytical with relationships with the Head of Finance, Head of Retail and your finance peers, therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also a large part of the Financial Planning & Performance Analyst role.
It is expected that candidates will have a relevant financial qualification and at least 2 years’ experience in a financial analytical role within a large organisation. You will possess excellent data visualisation skills to produce charts, graphs and dashboard reports, so an advanced level of MS excel with formulas and functions is required. Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is a distinct advantage, alongside a professional, positive and collaborative approach to the role.

Facility Services Supervisor

An Internationally recognized global insurance brand which attracts millions of customers is seeking an experienced Facilities Service Supervisor to assist the Facilities Manager with several Dubai properties. Our client forms part of a leading global insurance group with more than 140 years’ experience in insurance and financial solutions, across 170 countries. We are therefore seeking an experienced candidate to handle all facilities, supplier management, Health and Safety, security and financial budgets for up to 250 occupants across multiple office sites in Dubai. There are several core functions within this role and experience in all areas is essential. The successful applicant will be expected to build, select and maintain strategic supplier relationships to ensure continuous improvement and SLA contractual monitoring. You will also work closely with CRE & FM, legal and risk functions and external agencies to identify concerns and escalate unresolved issues. Security will also fall under the responsibility of the Facility Services Supervisor, including both internal and external providers to monitor access control, mitigate risk and prevent fraud and security breaches. With regards to Health and Safety you will collaborate with the Global H&S Manager to ensure all policies and procedures, both at group and country level are instigated and monitored as per UAE law. It is expected that you will also implement an incident response and business continuity disaster recovery strategy. Budget responsibility within this role will include financial planning of demand and supplier cost projections, financial models for workplace change and ensuring proper rent allocations and cost containment opportunities for the organisation. This role is expected to have fantastic career development opportunities for an ambitious, commercially aware and motivated candidate.
Those wishing to apply for this role should ideally hold relevant qualifications in service procurement, project management or NEBOSH/ IOSH qualifications, with at least 2 years proved experience in a facilities supervisory capacity. Temporary Accounts and Contract Coordinator

A new start up organisation within the sports and leisure field is seeking an Accounts and contracts Coordinator, initially on a temporary basis. It is therefore essential that you are sponsored by your spouse or family member in order to apply for this role. 

The Dubai office has been set up as an administrative Middle East hub and as such there will be finance, administrative and marketing functions within this location. Reporting directly to the Managing Director in Dubai you will provide financial information for all upcoming sports events and projected spend and revenue. Recording and monitoring all sales and purchase ledgers, invoice management, banking transactions, reconciliations and credit control will be the core function of this role. 

The ideal candidate should be able to prepare from month end up to submittal of year end accounts to the external accountants and auditors alongside regular reporting to the senior management team. The contract coordination function of the role is to ensure that all contracts with sports individuals are in line with company compliance and confidentiality clauses. It is also expected that you will monitor renewals and deadline dates in order to maximize efficiency. As the role develops and the finance and contracts function becomes more streamlined, it is expected that the role will become permanent on a part time basis. Therefore those who are flexible in terms of their working hours are encouraged to apply.
Successful candidates should possess a finance and accounting degree and be confident in preparing accounts to meet year end deadlines.
