The Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance inspection and safety functions.

Description
* Develop a structured business plan for the mall covering all key components of mall operations
* Develop sales and leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan 
* Ensure proper tenant mix and zoning within the mall in line with business strategy and market demand and to achieve desired footfall
* Negotiate for leases both new and renewals across all categories including: Anchors, line units, F&B and leisure
* Develop and maintain a long term beneficial relationship with all existing tenants and Retail Groups to ensure continued and future business
* Prepare, review and adjust financial budgets, systems and processes and monitor performance against budget
* Ensure smooth and positive relationship with the tenants, suppliers and contractors
* Develop and implement approved procedures and systems across all mall functions to ensure smooth co-ordination / co-operation among various internal departments to facilitate business needs and deliver positive customer and tenant experience
* Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant department heads and follow up on quality and execution
* Prepare and develop marketing and annual event plans/calendar

Job Offer

* Minimum of 10 years Mall Management experience (mall manager level or above), preferably in the GCC region including mall development, mall launching and mall renovation
* Mixed use development experience is an advantage
* Knowledge of managing leasing contracts and negotiation, exposure to tender management
* Understanding and experience in managing Service Level Agreements (cleaning, security, facilities management etc.)
* Extensive knowledge of Retail Real Estate industry
* Experience with luxury segment of the market

Client is a multinational Manufacturing company is looking to recruit Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join their team based in UAE

The role of Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader will include, but not limited to the following:
Maintaining safe and efficient operations across the warehousing and logistics operations. This includes stock control, inbound and outbound transport. The role provides the link between demand and supply and is responsible for ensuring that the business is capable to deliver against the requirements of the market.

Key Accountabilities:
* Safety: Maintain high Safety standards - Warehouse team, Warehouse area & all truck drivers. Deliver timely and effective communication of safety warnings, incidents & notices. Promote and use the SMAT discussion tool to the agreed target number.
* Environment: Full compliance with the site Environmental standards. Promote and use the EMAT discussion tool to the agreed target number
* Quality: Work closely with the operations and sales team to investigate any customer issues. Maintain the relevant warehousing and material control procedures to support the business Quality Management System.
* People Development: Carry out documented one-to-one discussions with the team on a minimum monthly basis. Ensure that all the team have annual appraisals and half yearly reviews with a development plan for each in the team.
* Cost Reduction: Maintain awareness of best practice logistics and warehousing practice to identify areas of saving / opportunity
* Performance: Establish and maintain a clear set of measures for the warehouse and planning operations to drive improvements in areas including (but not limited to) stock record accuracy for raw materials & finished goods, working capital, stock availability, SLOB levels and loading performance.
* Supply Chain: Coordinate between the sales and production teams to review the forecasted demand requirements and verify capability to supply both produced and merchandised materials.
* WCM: Lead the Customer Service pillar, using the methodology to drive improvements in our process and track performance gaps and quality issues.
* Adhere with company Policies, Principles of Conduct and Action
