entity in Dubai Michael Page are currently recruiting for a Customer Service
Manager to oversee the Customer Services Department and improve the customers'
experience through ensuring delivery of products and services that meet their
requirements, all in accordance with the company’s corporate strategy and high
standards.
The salary offered to the right candidate is up to AED 30,000+.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Responding to and tracking customer complaints and co-ordinate with the other operational units to reach a resolution.
• Recommending action plans to improve the productivity and the overall customer experience.
• Developing and implementing customer service strategies in order to provide total customer satisfaction and meet corporate objectives.
• Continuously developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
The salary offered to the right candidate is up to AED 30,000+.

1 Prepare the annual service plan, to meet service requirements; and presents it for management approval.
1 Develops new business for the Services Function as per the company's strategic plans (provided by management).
1 Manages, for the entire business: preventive / breakdown maintenance, safety of handling equipment / infrastructure, and maintenance of associated records - based on:
2 Recording and/or analysis of customer complaints;
3 Process operations and records associated to maintenance/ calibration/ inspection/ internal quality audit.
4 Control & Execute the equipment warranty sold by the Finished Good departments.
1 Accountable for meeting revenue projections for the entire Services Function:
2 Ensures that sales numbers and financial objectives are met
3 Manages overhead (less manpower)
4 Controls profitability (parts and hours utilization)
1 Manages and develops the Services team to meet required targets
1 Manages issuing and controlling of ALL technical specifications / product manuals. Required Spare Parts to fulfil service requirement.
1 Identifies and selects new sources / suppliers / sub-contractors and evaluates their performance.
1 Applies statistical techniques as identified from time to time.
1 Identifies / resolves problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
