Receptionist - Arabic Speaker

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting both external and internal visitors to the office in addition to handling all incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism in accordance with the Reception and Switchboard Guidelines Manual. This role also handles all meeting room bookings and reservations efficiently and promptly. 

Main Role and Responsibilities 

Reception:
• Appropriate business attire and professional image/appearance; well groomed, neatly done hair and make-up 
• Meet and greet visitors and clients in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner 
• Convey visitor arrival promptly to the appropriate individual and meet or escort the visitor to the meeting room, extending offer to refreshments, tea/coffee etc. 
• Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are clean and in order throughout the day and ready for the next meeting 
• Provide visitor badges to guests/clients, when required 

Switchboard:
• Answer all incoming internal/external calls promptly and in a professional and courteous manner 
• Screen calls to ascertain caller name and call purpose before redirecting them, especially for calls with unclear purpose (sales, market/staff intelligence gathering, etc.) 
• Ensure callers are connected/redirected to the right person promptly, or accurately take a verbal message and relay it to the appropriate person in a timely manner 
• Connect international business calls on behalf of staff requiring this service in the office
Meeting Room Booking/Reservation:
• Manage and confirm meeting room bookings/reservations requests via calendar invites 
• Reconfirm all bookings/reservations on a daily basis 
• Ensure booking cancellations are actioned and updated promptly, allowing rooms to be available for other bookings 

Other Responsibilities:
• Manage meeting arrangements and logistics, event preparations, plan catering needs and requirements, etc.

Account Centric BDE - Saudi National

We are therefore taking deliberate steps to energize the Core and to better enable our partners to win in this space. To ensure alignment and consistency in the execution of the strategy, the Account-Centric BDE will report to the Region’s BDL, or designee within the BD organization.

Some key activities would be:
• Working with the GCSP and account team to achieve the goals for Global TER, margin and sales/pipeline
• Advising the GCSP on account planning and the account strategy
• Helping the GCSP to develop broad and deep client relationships
• Serving as a strategic advisor to the GCSP on Service Line integration, pipeline execution, deal review, pricing and negotiation strategies
• Engaging with engagement teams in the field to support them on their most important pursuits
• Supporting the account team to create and execute a plan to develop critical business relationships across the account

The Account-Centric BDE will be dedicated to one or multiple Core accounts and will be responsible for the following four key areas:

Finance Associate - Saudi National

The Associate Office Accountant is a member of Office finance team. Particular responsibility for accounts payable ledger to include the processing of all vendor invoices received and subsequent settlement in accordance with vendor payment cycle. The Associate Office Accountant is also the custodian of office petty cash.

Responsibilities:
• Scrutinize the invoices received for processing.
• Ensure each invoice is appropriately approved and allocated to correct charge code and GL code.
• Ensure proper data entry of invoice data in GFIS(finance system) and local data base.
• Ensure accuracy in vendor selection and maintain accurate vendor database in GFIS
• Prepare cheques/EFT letters.
• Filing Bank Payment Vouchers (Archiving)
• Provide supporting information to stakeholders, EY offices and other requestors based on the information available in office financial system.
• Creating Petty cash Vouchers
• Work closely with senior in completing and submitting the periodic payment requisition
• Issuing receipt upon request received from Client Support Executives
• Develop and manage relationships with client executives
• Understand and support the firm’s financial policies and best practices
• Work on any office finance matter appropriate to experience, as directed by Senior Finance personnel
• Graduate calibre
• 1-3 years’ experience in a professional business / financial role
