Integral Food Services Contract Catering Division and Facility Management is the leading force in Contract Food Services and Facility Management business in the Qatar market and in the Middle East region. Within a span of 12 years, the company penetrated in to the market & established itself as a prominent player in providing Food Service Solutions and Facility Management for various business segments, Institutions, International clients, and major contractors work force at the project site by employing over 1000 skilled Food Service and Facility Management personnel and by applying technical expertise and specialized resources to customize solutions to clients project needs. Also the company owns and operates 60 Restaurants in QATAR namely The Village Souq, French Olives, Royal Tandoor, Tandoor Express, Southern Fried Chicken, Bombay Chowpatty and many more To fuel our expansion plans we are looking for Dynamic Individuals: 1. Assistant Restaurant Manager: Should have minimum 4 Years of Experience of Managing a Restaurant. Should be well versed with P & L and Team Management. Salary 2500 QAR 2. Captain - Minimum 1 Year experience as Captain in a High End Restaurant. Salary 1500 QAR. 3. Stewards - Minimum 6 month to 1 Years of Experience in High End Restaurants as Steward. Salary 1200 QAR. 4. Service Crew: Minimum 6 months of Experience of working in QSR. Salary 1200 QAR. 5. Hostess: Minimum 6 months of Experience in Restaurants. Salary 1200 QAR. 6. Commie - 2: Minimum 2 Years of Experience of Working on Indian Cuisine / Tandoor / Conti. Job Description
As an Audit Analytics expert in Banking and Financial Services domain this role is expected to work closely with the Audit Analytics team (within Group Internal Audit) of a leading global financial services firm (client) which is looking to augment its resources, skill-set and capability in order to achieve its departmental goals. For the purposes of the engagement this role will be reporting into the Global Audit Analytics Head (client sponsor). The (client) Audit Analytics Team is a part of Group Internal Audit and is responsible for supporting the global Business Audit team across all functions through the application of analytics tools, technologies and techniques with an objective of increasing efficiency, coverage and response times. While the central Audit Analytics team is based out of Singapore, this role is for an experienced audit data analytics professional that will be based in India and working closely with the central team with the primary focus being to develop and drive data analytics for existing and planned audit activities. Role Requirements : - Design analytics tests to support audit activities, including Audits, Continuous Monitoring, and Risk Assessments - Develop requirements in collaboration with the Business Audit Team, design, code, test, and analyze results using tools such as SAS, ACL, SQL, MS Excel, MS Access and Tableau - Develop and improve current analytics service models and coverage in support of audit activities - Collaborate with peer Data Analytics team members in sharing ideas to add value to the audit department - Develop innovative, re-usable tools, scripts and solutions that can be leveraged by the Business Audit and Audit Analytics teams - Perform data analysis as needed using various techniques (statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and forensics review) to reach and support conclusions - Stay abreast of new tools and technologies to assist the team in creating the most efficient and effective data strategies - Recommend solutions as part of planning to help execute audit tests by providing the ability to automate full-population testing, sampling, reproducing processes, and identifying exception testing - Comply with the financial services firm's (clients) technology and data standards and information security policies Desired profile : - Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Technology (MIS, Comp Science, Information Technology), Business, or related discipline, Master's Degree desirable - 4-7 years of related experience, combination of risk, control, or audit and data analytics experience is a plus - Domain knowledge of technology infrastructure and associated risk and controls in BFSI environment are a plus - Experience working with large and complex data sets, drawing conclusions and reporting findings - Proven track record of developing and delivering sustainable analytical solutions and processes - Experience with basic concepts of data querying, data mining, data visualization and reporting - Familiarity (at least intermediate expertise) with some or all of the following: SAS, ACL, Tableau, TOAD, SQL, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access required - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability - A high level of professional maturity and the ability to work/deliver with limited supervision in a geographically distributed and multi-cultural environment - Excellent partnership and influencing skills and the ability to be effective in a matrix environment - Proven ability to oversee several tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with a track record in creative and successful problem-solving - Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvements - Should demonstrate ability to be flexible in learning new tools and techniques, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering quality reports for auditors - Ability to demonstrate independence and integrity in decision making and business judgment - Prepared to travel internationally as required
