This new role offers the opportunity to understand IT needs across a diverse and fast-paced business, define and set service standards and lead a team to drive improvements and innovation. You will achieve this by establishing strong working relationships with senior sponsors, department heads, process owners and managers both within IT and across our diverse business functions as well as external suppliers.
As a senior manager within our IT Division you will provide leadership to Service Managers who own the IT services provided to our 47,000 employees across multiple MENA countries.

We are looking for a senior leader who has
proven experience in building teams, ideally within matrix organisations.
Retail is a customer driven environment and internal customer service is as
important to us as a business as it is in stores. As such, you must be able to
demonstrate experience in leading teams to deliver an exceptional customer
service whilst delivering against deadlines. ITIL knowledge is also essential
to this role.

As HR Officer you will be the day-to-day contact for store-based employees, management and other support functions for HR services queries. Operations Managers within this field lead a team of Area Managers to ensure store compliance and high operational standards are maintained. This role provides a varied remit and the opportunity to work in partnership with various business units such as Loss Prevention, Brand teams, Central Marketing and Government Relations. Your excellent project management skills will be essential in planning and organising a varied workload and with excellent problem solving skills you will be able to respond quickly and effectively to any challenges that arise.
