- Highly experienced in
management and delivery of building design projects, mainly retail/Mall
projects, including team management, schedule and cost control, quality management,
risk management and client management throughout the design project lifecycle,
in accordance with project budgets and schedules while satisfying all technical
and quality projects requirements
- Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Experience in developing project management plans, including schedule baselines, project scope baselines, man-hour estimates, quality plans, budgets and risk plans for building design projects
- Experience in managing the design teams during the execution of design projects across all design stages, including concept design, schematic design, draft final design and construction documents
Strong background on leading the coordination with other design departments to integrate designs at all stages for building design projects
- Experience in managing client relations, including managing project expectations, sharing project progress and issues / risks and responding to client clarifications on technical and contractual issues

Manager to work on a large Palace project. The position will be with a large
Main contractor based in Qatar. My client works exclusively with the Qatari
Government on large build projects across the country with the average project
totaling QAR 700+ Mill.

As part of their continued expansion, they are urgently looking for an experienced Setting Out manager with extensive shop-fitting and manufacturing experience to be based in Bahrain.
The successful candidates MUST have previous experience within Retail projects and extensive joinery manufacturing knowledge.
