The Company:
Our client is a reputable provider of world-class construction and engineering services in the Middle East. Because of their reputation for quality and reliability, they have been increasingly called upon to perform some of the most sensitive and technologically sophisticated projects.

They are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in Riyadh 

Responsibility & Duties:
Monitors the recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformity with professional and testing standards, and recommends improvements as needed
Advises management on the administration of recruitment policies and procedures
Serving as an internal consultants by analysing a company’s current recruitment programmes and recommending solutions
Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensuring recruitment programmess and services are compliant with established policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations
Preparing, maintaining and presenting reports related to specific recruitment projects
Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
Developing methods for compiling and analysing data for reports and special projects
Conducting audits of HR/Recruitment activities to ensure compliance
Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programmes
Determine effective reports to be presented to the Board
Qualification & Experience
MBA in Human Resources
Ability to explain ideas and concepts in a simplified manner and ability to improvise
Excellent exposure in Talent Management - Change Management - ERP implementation -Process Mapping - Compensation Analysis - Restructuring
Total Experience Minimum 15 Years at least 10 Years’ experience in executive level in Human Resources Department (Recruitment) especially in the construction industries or any relevant.
Strong problem solving, management, and strategic planning and execution skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a strategic HR Department 
Experience in the use of ATS/ Oracle
Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals

• Prior department manager experience is required with the ability to manage and develop a team with diverse ethnicity and cultural backgrounds.
• Ability to develop and implement procedures, guidelines and training material for the extended department.

• Design Calculations and RCC / Structural Steel & Fabrication drawings for industrial structures, Substation Building, Pipe rack and Pile Foundations etc.
• Graduate Engineer in Civil & Structural with about 20+ Yrs experience in both Civil & Structural Design activities.
• FEED, Basic & Detailed design expertise in both Civil & Structural engineering is mandatory.
• Familiarity of International & American Codes & Standards, but not limited to AASHTO, IPA, ASTM, ASCE, NFPA etc... (Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards & Codes is highly desired)
• Software knowledge such as STAAD PRO, AUTOCAD- Civil 3D , Water CAD, Sewer CAD, PDS, Microstation etc…

Contract Manager (Civil Engineer)

Contract Manager – Sewage Treatment Plants and Pumping Stations - Kuwait

Our client is the Developer and Construction Manager of a prestigious waterside city in Kuwait which is being rolled out on an unprecedented scale with very short timeframes. This iconic project has a strong western centric management team and systems, has a track record of successfully delivering projects and has been strategically growing and expanding its capabilities. There is a full and stable list of work orders looking into the future and therefore the prospect for long and stable employment.

The Contract Manager will be responsible for leading a team (or teams) in delivering a series of Sewage Treatment and Water Storage facilities safely, on time, to a high standard and within budget. The primary responsibility of the Contract Manager is to ensure that the Main Contractors deliver the facilities on time and in accordance with Contract documentation. The Contract Manager will head up a team to administer, monitor and supervise the project to ensure the project objectives are met.

The CM will report directly to the Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Construction
• Establish an effective team to manage and administer the contract. Set up project specific procedures.
• Work with the Main Contractor to ensure all contractual requirements are met. This will include, but not be limited to, submittal and approval procedures, quality control and assurance procedures, health and safety procedures, change control and payment procedures, reporting procedures, testing commissioning and handover procedures.
• Prepare monthly reports to identify progress, quality and risk.
• Work with the cost department to forecast cost, assess claims, and manage risk and change.
• Manage the contract administration. Assume the role of the Engineer.
• Assist with the Ministry approval process and ensure all Ministry requirements are met. Manage the commissioning and handover process

Pre-construction
• Review and comment on design and contract documentation
• Assist in Tender Preparation and award
• Identify the team required to manage and administer the contract.
• 4 year Civil Engineering Degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the delivery of civil infrastructure and/or building works.
• Experience of similar wastewater or water treatment facilities.
• Proven communication skills with a high functioning and technical grasp of the English language. A history of working abroad and large multi cultural teams is preferred.
• A strong working knowledge of the FIDIC suite of contracts.

Logistics Officer

Our client offers a wealth of experience within the engineering and construction sector. Our client understands that constructing projects are about delivering a vision; whilst creating strong relationships with clients, project teams and supply chains for the foundations of success.

Duties:
- Construction materials stores and warehouse management, movement of labour, materials, tools, plant and equipment to and from construction sites
- Coordinates with the different projects regarding the availability of supplies, plant and equipment
- Perform highly complex professional assignments demanding contributions calling for the application of specialized logistics principles
- Supervise the logistics strategy of the project, review contractor’s logistics strategies
- Must have work experience as logistics coordinator for construction (at least 3 years)
- Must have knowledge of construction materials, tools, plant, equipment (tower cranes, scaffolding, bobcats etc)
- Oversee the labour camp and its maintanance, site offices installation and maintenance, equipment and plant maintenance (and he has to have the knowledge of how to do that), daily labour movement between the construction sites
- Has to have knowledge of what licenses required for various vehicles and equipment and the process of how to obtain them
- Ideally a mechanical background
