InSite, an allied practice of KEO, is now seeking an exceptional Landscape Architect to join our award winning team in Abu Dhabi.

This critical role will work as part of the Landscape team and is responsible for assisting the design studios in the successful delivery of landscape projects to high quality standards, in a timely manner and in accordance with KEO and client expectations.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Demonstrating an understanding of the aesthetic and technical components of landscape architecture.
• Understanding of production techniques, procedures, standards, industry codes, health and safety requirements and sustainability regulations.
• Demonstrating an understanding of the regional construction industry, local construction methods and their influence on design decisions.
• Demonstrate a team oriented and collaborative approach to Landscape Architecture within the design team.
• Further development of technical skills and efficiencies in both standard and specialist computer programs such as Revit, Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Indesign, Powerpoint, Land FX, MS Word, and MS Excel.
To be successful in this role we welcome applications from graduate candidates through to professionals with 4+ years’ career experience whom also posses a Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar specialisation.

Commercial Manager

We are now seeking an exceptional Commercial Manager to join our award winning team based within our Doha Office.

This critical role will be responsible for representing the firm with clients from post contract award throughout the entire course of construction activities as well as liaising with key stakeholders. 

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Maintaining proper and complete communication with the KEO RE/PM on all commercial related issues.
• Managing the Commercial/Contracts departments/teams and supervision of commercial activities.
• Ensuring that the management of the construction contracts and reporting thereon to the KEO RE/PM is carried out consistently and promptly by the commercial/QS teams.
• Supervises the management of the project changes.
• Provides guidance and training to project staff on commercial issues.
• Manages the settlement and resolution of client and contractors claims.
• Provides feedback on staff competencies and performance.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying.

Experience in the Gulf Region on complex and varied construction and infrastructure projects is preferred. 

Chartered status with MRICS will be viewed favourably.

We are now seeking an exceptional Survey Engineer to join our award winning team based within our Makkah site.

This critical role will be responsible for making exact measurements and determine property boundaries. It will also provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land and land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering and construction purposes.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include ;
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
• Write descriptions of property boundary surveys for use in deeds, leases, or other legal documents.
• Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 year's career experience partnered with a Bachelor in Land Surveying or related discipline.
