Executive Assistant - French Speaking

Our client – large reputable group – are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Typical duties include managing a complex schedule for the CEO. 
• Schedule meetings and ensure notice goes out to all attendees
• Travel management. 
• Screening incoming calls, making notes of essential information and prioritizing the calls to be returned by the CEO
• Taking meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention. 
• General bookkeeping and good math skills are often necessary for preparing a CEO's expense report, reconciling credit card statements or submitting billing information
• Effective Communication (written & verbal) 
• Analytical skills
• Time management
• Networking & Interpersonal Skills
• Proactive & Action Oriented
• Back Ground / Qualification
• 5-8 years’ experience as an EA, preferably with experience assisting to CEO's
• Experience working in multicultural Management Teams

Corporate Sales Executive

The following main duties should be understood and describe the most important aspects of the job. Jobholders may be required by their supervisor to perform any other related duties as they may arise. Revisions and modifications will be carried out as the necessity arises.

- Establish customer data base and update it regularly.
- Visit and contracting with corporates according to the sales plan.
- Prepare and follow-up requested service and vehicles and scheduled maintenance. 
- Coordinate with operation/ branches in-charge to deliver requested vehicles in exact time as per customers request.
- Review and confirm customers invoices validity.
- Collect contract due amounts and submit it to concern department in coordination with his direct supervisor and company procedures. 
- Achieve monthly sales target according to approved sales plan.
- Confirm clearing contracts in coordination with the concern employee on regular basis.
- Submit reports to Corporate Sales Supervisor and department manager whenever requested and required.
- Diploma degree in sales is preferred.
- 3 Years Experience preferred in corporate leasing / rental sales.
- Experience with Tourist & Travel companies, agents, applications in KSA and GCC is an advantage

Corporate Sales Supervisor

Carries out tasks related to supervise sales, collection, long and short term sales, find solutions to issues and problems that face the department.

- Review daily reports and guide sales executives.
- Contributing in developing and implementing sales and collection plans.
- Distributing regions and sectors according to sales executive capabilities. 
- Follow-up incentive program and insure its activation.
- Visit clients and care about their requests and serve them in the best way.
- Follow-up collection for long & short term sales with corporate in coordination with sales executive.
- Solve sales and collection issues in coordination with concerned.
- Train sales executive in-filed & in-office and develop their sales skills.
- Submit reports to department manager and with ideas and notes that helps to overcome obstacles. 
- Reviewing contracts and invoices validity, and ensure matching signatures, approvals in all official documents.
- Attend regular meetings with sales executive to review their work performance and weakness points to avoid any affection on job responsibilities and target plan. 
- Assess sales executive performance according to company policy & regulations.
- Achieve sales target & collection.
- Bachelor degree in sales is preferred
- 5 Years experience in corporate leasing / rental sales is essential.

Finance Manager

Finance Manager (Kuwait)

This is a newly created commercially focused position. Reporting to the Country Manager and Regional CFO, the Finance Manager will have overall control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyze figures and implement recommendations based on these findings, with the most profitable outcomes. Managing and leading a team of 2 people through month end, year end and annual budgeting. 

Duties and responsibilities:
• Form a close working relationship with Country Manager, other Senior Managers in the Country and Region.
• Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers.
• Provide leadership to optimize the company’s financial performance: Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction with the Regional Finance function; review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
• Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the Management Team.
• Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies and forecasting.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization and ensure that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met.
• Manage company policies regarding CAPEX, debt, taxation as appropriate.
• Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with external parties including customers, auditors, banks and advisors.
• Chartered Accountant / Master degree in Accounting and Finance
• 8-10 years’ experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a reputable O&G, Manufacturing or Engineering company
• Proven experience having full P&L responsibility and commercial finance skills
• Expert Excel, Access, MS Word and PowerPoint Skills
• Strong analytical skills; as well as verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively
• Flexibility: someone who is adaptive to frequent changes in organization priorities and strategy; flexible to deadlines with short lead times.
• Ability to balance multiple, diverse priorities and produce deliverables of high quality
