We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our award winning team based within our Qatar Office.

This critical role will be responsible for representing the company in communications with the clients, and manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the projects. The Project manager will provide leadership and direction to the project team, consultants and contractors during the planning, development and delivery phases and supports the Project Director with the establishment of the project delivery strategy, planning, administration, schedule and cost control and design reviews.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Liaising with client, developer, consultants and contractors as well as KEO internal construction management & supervision, planning, engineering & design divisions.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted PM/CM services to the client.
• Participate in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
• Prepare tender strategy; identify qualified consultants, contractors and vendors; prepare and issue RFP’s, evaluate proposals; negotiate contract terms/deliverables/payment schedules; and issue recommendation to the client.
• Attend or chair meetings and / or workshops with consultants and contractors, prepare meeting minutes and follow up to achieve identified actions.
• Review and monitor project cost estimates, VE proposals and cost reconciliation.
• Provide leadership, guidance and advice to the project team. 
• Identify and resolve issues, including management, technical or administrative, to ensure that the project objectives are achieved.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Project Management. 

Chartered status with a professional membership of Engineering or Construction Management society will be viewed favourably.

• Develop and maintain professional and meaningful relationships with the client representatives to ensure program and project requirements are being satisfied.
• Ensure the delivery of the contracted PM services to the client.
• Oversee the consultant, contractor and supplier procurement processes including prequalification, bidder lists and RFP preparation, tender analysis and recommendations.
• Manage and coordinate planning and design phases with consultants and internal architects/engineers.
• Provide leadership, guidance and advice to the program and project teams. 
• Administer the development and maintenance of the cost and claims management plans including budget and estimate preparation.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Demonstrated experience in the cost estimation of general construction works such as public buildings, commercial buildings, residential buildings, roads, bridges and infrastructure.
• Thorough understanding of local cost information and sound knowledge of international industry standards, references and methodologies. 
• Ability to accurately forecast budgets and cash flows, in conjunction with preparing proposals, cost reporting, bills of quantities, and tender documents. 
• Be capable of producing written reports and power point presentations and actively respond to stakeholder requirements where necessary.
• Reviewing in conjunction with senior managers any potential changes or risks envisaged and in turn measuring where possible future saving or additional costs can be identified.
• This position requires candidates who are pro-active, assertive, detail oriented and capable of handling complex and multi-faceted issues.

We are now seeking a talented Senior Electrical Engineer to join our award winning team based within our Kuwait Office.

This critical role will be responsible for the leadership and management of the design process on one or several projects and applying sound engineering principles in the development of design solutions and the production of contract documentation.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Provide leadership in research, planning, design and development of building engineering systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical, by providing guidance and instruction to the designated project engineers.
• Supervise project engineers to perform engineering evaluations, feasibility studies, conceptual and final designs, cost estimates, and engineering calculations.
• Oversee the administration of contacts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.
• Hold ownership of preparation and documentation of calculations, complete with support references to codes and standards, ensuring the information is scanned and located in the project folder under the correct project number for future access by a member of staff located in any of the KEO offices.
• Attend all coordination and progress meetings and present options and solutions as required.
• Conduct reviews of engineering options and evaluations to validate the robust nature of new products and design solutions.
• Oversee the use of Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions for all projects.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision the successful applicant will bring a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience in engineering design partnered with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.

Membership of an Internationally recognized professional Institution i.e. C. Eng. M.I.C.E. or P.E. and registration is preferred.
