office space. They are looking to appoint a new Project Manager of Arabic
speaking nationality to handle current and future projects. The successful
candidate will initially handle the fit out of three high-end villas
consecutively, before moving on to other project types.
- A minimum of 5 years UAE experience in fit out
project management
- Heavy experience in hotels/hospitality/high-end villas/palaces is a must

architecturally relevant matters. This candidate will establish and monitor

• Coordinate and check drawings for coherence and update changes as required.
• Review of the materials, system and equipment's proposed by the Contractor.
• Clarification about the design and specifications by responding to RFI's (Request For Information)

• Highlights any violations to architectural related issues on site.
