Requirements
You must have Excellent Project Management experience in various Hospitality and Mixed Use Development projects together with a relevant degree (civils or Architecture) and a PMP certificate.

Airworthiness Maintenance Inspector

The Role
- Carries out periodic inspections on aircraft to renew the certificates or airworthiness. - Ensure the compliance of the provisions of the Civil Aviation Law, regulations and notices related to aircraft maintenance engineers and maintenance organizations. - Reviewing technical documents and forms relating to the issuance of certificates of airworthiness and register them on the national aircraft registry and amendment aircraft minimum equipment list. - The review and preparation of aircraft maintenance organizations approval and amendments to maintenance organization manuals. - Being periodic inspections on aircraft maintenance organizations, line stations and field inspection on aircraft maintenance engineers. - Participate in the evaluation of proposed repair and modification to the airframe and engines. - The review of the preparation and dissemination of safety requirements and the preparation of amendments to the aircraft maintenance schedules and requests of operators to grant exceptions for maintenance and operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in aircraft maintenance, aircraft engineering or avionics + 10 years experience in the field of aircraft maintenance or - Aircraft maintenance engineer without type rating, or at least one rating with 6 years experience since obtaining the first authorization of the company; - 9 years experience Airworthiness engineers on the job - Training courses in the field of work - Has the ability to speak and write technical reports in English - Comprehensive knowledge of Chicago convention and ICAO Annexes - A good command of oral and written English

Senior Interior Designer

The Role
Senior Interior Designer - Bahrain Client is a fantastic regional firm with remit across the Architectural, Engineering and Interior Design markets. Their portfolio is outstanding and with them having design and delivered a number of iconic projects over their 40 years in the market. As a result of a large influx of work, my client are looking to expand their Interior Design team with the appointment of a Senior Interior Designer to work out of their Bahrain office. Responsibilities: • Lead project teams to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects • Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction • Assist with planning the project and junior designer work flow • Monitor, train and supervise junior designers to provide good design and standard detailing • Liaise with supervisor with regards to management and performance of junior designer • Attend coordination meetings with regards to all design matters • Requirements
Requirements
