The Role
Looking for an E-Commerce Site manager to contribute to the E-Commerce growth in Asia-Pacific. The candidate will lead the promotion strategy, coordinate digital projects, overseeing the websites maintenance to improve financial results and the consumers' experience. The candidate will propose and implement the websites progression which includes content, features and omni-channel. * Also to define needs regionally and setup priorities. * Will need to coordinate Global projects from the clients Headquarters. * Propose the implementation of ECommerce promotions for other work areas globally. * Analyze present and previous results, including previous years' activity. Duty to coordinate with merchandising team and take specifics into account. Maintain * Manage Regional Webstore Administrator. * Oversee the websites maintenance including new products, highlights including banners, product selections. Also landing pages, price updates, stock needs. * Coordinate with fulfilment and customer service. * Consolidate results and KPIs. * Monitor E-Commerce trends.
Requirements
* Diploma / Bachelor's degree. Other Job Requirements * 5 years' E-Commerce experience. * Understanding of best practices of building websites. * Understanding of online marketing opportunities (web, social, e-mail, search, mobile). * Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Omniture. * Good knowledge of APAC-specific digital landscape is preferable. * Good understanding of Retail/Omni-channel business is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organized, task-oriented, business-driven. * Able to manage complexity within complex international environment. * Curious and have passion for Internet with strong team spirit. The Role
Our client, a leading international insurance company, is currently seeking a General Manager to be based in one of their branches. Job Purpose: To promote and develop the company in the Asia Pacific region with a strong focus on bottom line profit. To underwrite Treaty and Facultative business (Property and Engineering classes from ASEAN and North Asia region with other classes of business. To maintain existing profitable business and business sources and further secure/develop business from emerging countries in the region whilst limiting overall natural catastrophe exposure.
Requirements
Qualification, Experience & Skills Required: • Technical Experience Required: 15+ years in Asia region and 10 years senior managerial Re-Insurance Treaty and Facultative experience at the VP/Senior Underwriter level. Mixed portfolio responsibility, with managerial experience in at least 3 or the following 4 business sectors: Engineering, Energy, Property, Oil and Gas. • Strong ability and desire to lead and grow a regional business from a base. Ability to manage and develop a team’s competencies whilst assimilating and applying regional knowledge and experience to others. • BSc Degree – preferable in Engineering • MBA and/or relative Chartered Professional Institute Membership or Association desirable.

The Role
Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - New York, USA International Commercial Stone Contracting Firm Competitive Salary Package Continued project growth of major commercial projects in New York, USA has created an exceptional opportunity as a Senior Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with our client, an international commercial stone contracting firm from Canada with offices across Canada, the USA, Australia, Hong Kong, Monaco, Italy and South East Asia. Following the recent award of numerous supply contracts, our client seeks to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the stone package for a major commercial refurbishment and extension project valued at $750M. Reporting to the Commercial Manager and managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, this role is responsible to: - Responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc. - Supervise and manage the taking off from drawings and pricing for cost estimates, tender documents, etc. - Leading and coaching junior staff in delivery of services, including checking on the works done by junior staff - Collaborate and develop good relationship with clients and stakeholders internally and externally - Attend meetings and site inspections when required - Comply with the Company’s QA requirements and best practice.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or comparable experience. - A minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying and estimating ideally within the stone contracting sector on high end commercial projects. Experience within the commercial interior fit out sector will also be considered. - The superior negotiator we seek will be commercially astute with a strong attention to detail and be superior contractually. - Contracting or sub-contracting industry experience is required. An excellent salary package, with stable employment and exceptional projects, will be offered to attract suitable candidates to this role. Only US or Green Card candidates can be considered or our client can also secure Australian nationals on 2-year work permits.
