R & D Manager
Responsible for leading R & D of new products and managing directional & operational engineering related activities with regards to the designing and structural commitments products or processes ,generating and documentation of products and processes to define specifications as well as providing engineering and technical leadership to other functional areas of the company
Main Duties
Spearhead design and development of new products, specification, service or processes.
Lead in daily operations of a group of engineers and deliver the KPI of company within the engineering and technical functions
Participate in qualification run procedures by reviewing and translating customer requirements into the development of new processes and providing the engineering samples required to meet customer criteria and standards
Develop, generate and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures for new products or new process.
