• Supervise Contractors works to achieve and maintain required operation and maintenance, construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise Contractors works to achieve and maintain required operation and maintenance, construction in accordance with the Contract Documents.
• Prepare Monthly report to the client in which work progress, contractor performance, non-conformance cases, QC and QA related procedures will be detailed and represented up to the client satisfaction.
Participate in Contract Administration e.g:
• Review contractor's submissions
• Provide all necessary on site direction and issue site instructions
• Supervise site inspection staff
• Check measure of work done
• Observe site safety practices
• Monitor the quality of materials and workmanships
• Report back when and as necessary to the Resident Engineer
• Record and display progress versus program
• Prepare progress report
• Ensure correctness and completeness of as built drawings

We are looking for a CAD Manager to work across our Utilities Division CAD team.
Fast growing UTILITIES SECTION has an immediate opening for a CAD Manager/Designer. This role requires someone who is able to work in a high intensity atmosphere with a positive and entrepreneurial approach and attitude.
Our work includes wet utilities (foul sewer , surface water and tse with pumping stations)
This position shall lead the CAD group using AutoCAD, Revit and MicroStation software to prepare 2D and 3D construction drawings from redline sketches, 2D/3D layouts, existing drawings and electronic images.
Drawing details include all views and dimensions necessary for clear and accurate presentation. He/she will apply knowledge of design practices and interact with engineers to solve design issues.
The role of CAD Manager is anticipated to be only a portion of overall day to day roles and responsibilities. The person in this position may also be assigned as a CAD Lead on a project or may be assigned as a CAD / Designer on a project.
