The Role 
Role Purpose:   Responsible for all Admin and Human Capital related activities such as recruitment, training, career development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, compliance, disciplinary and grievance issues by following all internal policies and procedures.  Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:  - Implement properly the staff accommodation standards rules. - Guarantee the availability and proper functionality of the work place amenities and be the warrant of store’s social climate. - Ensure training actions contribute to the progress of the stores’ customer service level. - Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems. Analyse and recommends existing compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements and group policies - Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes. - Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labour relations activities for store employees. - Following up on internal/external audit findings and ensure that all non-compliance issues are closed within the required time - Apply the standard management and Respect of labour laws/ Company corporate policies. - Ensure the payroll validation processes and accuracy on a timely manner - Application of the annual store training plan & on boarding of new employees. - Practices the company values and guarantees the same is respected and followed by the department team members - Communication of HC indicators and perform proper analysis with store management. - Application of local rules and company policy to assure food safety and hygiene levels are respected. - Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations. - Perform staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures. - Identify staff vacancies and follow up with the recruitment department on interviewing and placement of the selected applicants. - Make sure employee facilities are clean, available and all employees adhere to the usage policies, e.g. employee accommodation. - Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs. - Propose and follow up cost related to (T/O, Leave, and Leavers). - Proposes the yearly department budget. 
Requirements 
- Good knowledge of local labor laws, rules and regulations (Preferable in Qatar) - Advanced Knowledge of MS Office applications and ERP software - Knowledge of Recruitment Tools an advantage - Good business communication and presentation skills - Language: English & Arabic (Full professional proficiency - Required)  - Experience of 3-5 years in Human Capital Department, Preferable Retail Business - Bachelors’ Degree/ Diploma in Admin or Human Capital Management
