They are currently in need of a Graphic Designer who has worked exclusively within the construction industry to be based in their Doha office.  RESPONSIBILITIES: • Designing information and promotional material to the brief determined by the PR Manager • Ensuring branding and design are consistent with the client’s and the company’s corporate images • Advising the PR Manager on images and information required to design the appropriate material • Designing draft material for approval or modification 
Requirements 
• At least 5 years’ experience in graphic design within the construction industry. Candidates who have not worked for a construction company before WILL NOT be selected • Bachelor of Arts qualification in Graphic Design or similar from an accredited Western university • In-depth knowledge of current graphic design trends and techniques • Demonstrable background of using Adobe Creative Suite • Excellent planning and organisational skills • Fluent in spoken and written English

The Role 
Parsons’ engineering and construction management staff members create innovative, safe, and sustainable infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. We deliver rail, transit, road, and highway transportation; water conveyance and wastewater treatment; oil and gas; land development; public; and aviation infrastructure to our customers and communities. Parsons creates interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure.  The project is a mixed-use development consisting of hotels, apartments, villas, retail units and food & beverage units. Parsons currently has a team supervising all construction activities including roads and infrastructure. Defects in any of these should be followed up. The DLP is 12 months and there are a number of contractors operating within the site.   The candidate will report directly to the Client (or their delegate) on the assigned tasks. He will be managing a team of Client staff and mentoring them in the area of defects review and rectification. He will be responsible for recording defects, reviewing method statements for rectification, and overseeing this work. This will be separate from the normal approval and sign off system of the CS team, and relates to follow up of areas handed over from this and other teams to the Client. 
Requirements 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.  • Minimum 15 years of related work experience.  • Relevant technical experience on construction works.  • Leadership and management skills.  • Good oral and written communication skills.  • Commitment to safe work practices.

The Role 
- Provide assistance to Senior Contract Administrator in reviewing and studying variation orders / change orders. - Coordinate with relevant departments to collect information regarding impact of variation orders / change orders on projects. - Coordinate with Site Contract Administrator and Quantity Surveyors to receive reports such as activities completion report, preliminary completion report, actual material onsite report, and determine project status to draft client payment certificate as per policies and procedures. - Assist Senior Contract Administration in reviewing and analyzing defense documents and client claims as per contract agreement terms and conditions and may assist in preparation of company claim documents. - Monitor project performance to determine variances between actual and budgeted performance and report variances to take corrective actions. - Coordinate with departments to identify reasons of company claims against clients and submit reasons to Senior Contract Administrator for review. - Perform other duties of a comparable level as assigned. 
Requirements 
- Bachelor degree in Engineering. Adequate knowledge of contractual codes and obligations, state rules, laws and regulation for administering contracts is preferable. - Minimum five (6) years of related work experience. - Essential hands-on Computer skills. - Fluency in English and/or Arabic language
