Job Description
Responsibilities
Design effective, engaging and high-quality e-Learning instructional subject materials for primary and secondary school subjects (Advance Mathematics, Maths, Science, Chemistry, Biology, Physics and English)
Identify suitable instructional design strategies and learning methodologies to provide the best possible learning experience for learners.
Ensure clear use of language and grade-level suitability according to requirements in curricular documents.
Assist Subject Matter Experts in developing storyboards which are used to create learning modules and to direct the multimedia team during production.
Review and evaluate each stage of module development and ensure all components are adhering to the design specifications providing excellence in course quality.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content development aligns to learning outcomes, to assist in defining learning sequence, to help create meaningful learning interactions, to visualize the final instructional components, and to clearly communicate the vision with all team members in a multi-cultural environment.
Facilitate the Instructional Design process between Subject Matter Experts, graphic designers, and programmers towards ensuring the storyboards are translated into effective e-Learning modules.
Create and improve rapid prototyping tools (storyboard, visual layouts, and interaction templates).

EVP - Product This is a highly strategic role and will report to the Chief Product Officer. Responsibilities : - Build, manage and lead the product management team. - Guide customer-facing product strategy, identify key success metrics, and analyze the performance of new product launches and enhancements to existing features. - Use data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives. - Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams to drive new product initiatives. - Define and manage the product road-map, setting expectations with all relevant stakeholders. - Drive product development through the entire development cycle, from concept, design and development, through to launch and ongoing support in a fast-paced, agile environment. - Advocate on behalf of customers.
