PROJECT MANAGER Adrenalin eSystems Limited (A INTELLECT Group Company) is hiring highly motivated and self-driven Project Leaders and Managers with a deep understanding of HR implementation and go-live activities. Job Description: The Project manager will drive the project forward from the implementation stage to completion and will be responsible for the following: - Overall implementation & project completion of the Adrenalin HR/Payroll Solution - Ensuring business preferred customer satisfaction index of 4/5 consistently in all projects involved - Preparing the detailed project management plan from Stage 1 onwards - Identifying risks and planning their management/mitigation - Ensuring the project's overall objectives, targets at various key stages, and individuals- responsibilities are clearly understood by all concerned - Monitoring performance against the plan - Highlighting areas of slippage and identifying/initiating corrective action - Perform risk assessment for all production change requests - Arranging meetings with the independent reviewer at key stages and preparing summary progress reports prior to each meeting - Build strong relationship with the client appropriately to engage the client at every stage in the project life cycle - Ensuring appropriate communication between the members of the project team and other project stakeholders including, where appropriate, the end users - Conducts and Participates in iterative meetings to provide customization related inputs and clarifications. - Ensuring that the project complies with agreed scope and objectives & deliveries happen on time - Establish project processes through all projects to ensure process compliance
