To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should be innovative and committed to perfection with at least 2 years previous experience working within either a recruitment agency or an internal recruitment role, preferably with regional experience.

You should have experience in sourcing candidates for several key growth areas for our client including but not limited to, professional services, accountancy, logistics and construction. You should have the ability to work with many demanding stakeholders, executing contracts and offer letters, writing job analysis and working closely with HR.
The ideal candidate should be confident, meticulous, be friendly and team spirited, quick to learn and enjoy working within a challenging environment. Your commitment to the role will be well rewarded with an outstanding bonus scheme as well as a competitive monthly salary.

Due to extensive communication with the head office, a native English speaker is required for this role as is someone who is able to travel with limited visa restrictions.

Office Manager - Bilingual (Arabic / English)

Charterhouse is working with a well-established and reputed entity in Doha, Qatar. Due to expansion plans our client is looking to hire an Office Manager for their Corporate Head Office.

You will be responsible for maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance and repairs with service providers and vendors. You will also be responsible for the translation, clerical duties and overall administrative support as well as maintaining a close relationship with leaders and support staff across the business.
The successful candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic and preferably based in Doha. You should have experience in working independently, multi-tasking and taking initiative. You will be responsible for managing an experienced team, formulate and define SAP application scope and objectives, devise and modify procedures to solve business problems. You will also handle day to day user issues and requirement changes and provide SAP expertise as well as project implementation support for all departments within the business, to ensure optimal implementation of SAP systems among business users.

Charterhouse is looking to hire a highly professional corporate Personal Assistant to support a Senior Executive of a well-known organisation in Qatar within the Financial Services sector.

Your will be responsible for supporting the Senior Executive by ensuring his day runs smoothly and anticipating to his needs as well as extensive diary and email management. You key responsibilities will include expense claim management, event management, liaising and coordinating with VIP’s and dignitaries, organising complex travel, accommodation and visa arrangements.
