The Role
Our client, a boutique Dance School with studios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, has an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their professional and exciting company. Reporting to and working closely with the CEO of the company, you will be the first point of contact for all customers and clients and will act as the ambassador, representing the company in the best possible manner. The role will require a range of different tasks to be carried out including operating a busy reception desk, meeting and greeting a wide calibre of customers, booking dance classes, taking cash and cheque payments from customers and providing daily excel reports to the CEO. In addition to this, a large part of your role will involve using social media as a tool to promote the business, such as uploading pictures and videos to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter as well as monitoring all social media activity and reporting back to the CEO. This is a full-time position that will be required to work a six day week including a Friday and with one day off.
Requirements
You must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner coupled with a commitment to achieving the highest standards. Pro-activity, good organisational skills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy are very important and you must be computer literate. You must also be fluent in English. Russian speaking is preferred but not essential.

Associate Director - Resilience

The Role
A vacancy exists within the team for an Associate Director to take on a client facing project delivery role, leading our project team based at onsite with a government client in Saudi Arabia. As well as project managing client work the post holder will be responsible for mentoring and guiding colleagues as they develop their careers. The position will involve working alone or with colleagues, often leading bespoke project teams to design, develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients within agreed timescales and budgets. Knowledge of relevant legislation and good practice coupled with a sound understanding of emergency planning and business continuity principles will be fundamental to providing the relevant support to our clients. This position, which will be based at client offices in Saudi Arabia, will involve interaction with other team members across the Group and will require travel within the region and at times overseas. Experience of working internationally and specifically in region are an important part of the skill-set required for the role.
Requirements
