Due to growth and development, our client is
looking to hire an experienced International Assignment professional in Hong
Kong.
The main duties and responsibilities for the role include;
- Manage a large caseload of International Assignments and ensuring a high level of service delivery
- Providing ongoing counselling and support to allocated assignees ensuring an effective relationship with expatriate is maintained at all times
- Serving as the expatriates designated contact through the relocation transition including; from home to host country again, ensuring standards are exceeded
- Utilizes global relocation knowledge and industry expertise to promote the knowledgeable service
- Manages expatriate’s transition, coordinating all supplier services on behalf of the expatriate
- Determines housing and lifestyle assimilation needs in the host country for each expatriate family
- Manages in-country partner service delivery in the home-search and settling-in process. Acts as expatriate’s advocate throughout all aspects of the transition
- Counsel and guide client on all aspects of policy abstract including; reimbursable expenses, benefits and associated incentives
- Fully manages the assignee’s expectations by providing expert counselling and guidance in all elements of client’s global policy and authorized allowances
- Directs all expatriate expense reimbursements to ensure timely payment
- Coordinates the Home Sale program required, providing support to expatriates in the selection of real estate agents and maintain contact to ensure a sale
- Exercises ongoing analysis of company processes, offering recommendations for implementing improvement methodologies for efficiencies of scale

client management reports relative to performance measurements on all

The consultant will be joining an established that will engage, educate and convert prospective clients into new business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Performing the full sales lifecycle including identifying new clients, prospecting, arranging and conducting client meetings.
- Highlighting the list of services the company provides and the cost involved
- Working with existing clients to maximise accounts and secure business.
- Look to exceed revenue targets and KPI’S
- Provide weekly updates and reports with progress against sales target and the sales pipeline

The role requires you to work closely with client contacts, vendors, and internal Global Immigration Team members to ensure client procedures and international Immigration regulations are met.
You would be required to manage a large case volume in multiple countries and regions.
Responsibilities;
- Manage and process cases in the APAC region via internal regional teams and global network partners
- Manage the casework of assigned team members
- Serve as a main point of contact for international clients and third-party vendors
- Provide clients with country-specific guidance, case strategy and assessments
- Ensure all assigned cases adhere to client protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure case system and report data integrity
- Assist with resolving client issues related to casework or SLA
- Assist with streamlining country-specific processes in line with internal and client-specific requirements
- Identify potential internal and client-related issues and relay them to the Global Management Team
- Monitor Immigration trends and issues and update affected clients as needed
- Contribute towards the training and development of Global Immigration Team members on various global immigration issues and country procedures as needed
