Senior Client Service Officer - Private Banking

We are looking for a Senior Client Service Officer for our client's private banking office, located in DIFC.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL ASSUME THE FOLLOWING KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Pro-actively manage the first point of contact with clients / prospective clients.
• Assist in the account opening process, working closely with colleagues in Compliance and Operations in Dubai, Bahrain and other regions as necessary.
• Assist clients with their requests and promote the bank’s Product & Services as appropriate.
• Ability to facilitate client payment, transfer, statement requests, trade execution, settlement and trade instructions.
• Manage an efficient and thorough client filing system
• Supporting RMs in their day to day work activities
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure every need of the client can be met.
• Ensuring the highest levels of client service and professionalism at all times
• Engage in regular and rigorous internal training and to support others in the CSO team.
• Developing and maintaining a strong service culture within the service team to always achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Consistently delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service at all times.
• Keep record and manage annual transport and entertainment budget to ensure adherence
• Support & assist in client events as well as receiving and hosting group colleagues from other offices
• Organise and arrange Training coordination for team
• Supp & assist in pre forms & client pitches
• Keep record of audit trail
• Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience within a financial institution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Bank’s full range of Products & Services.
• Ability to cross sell financial products.
• A passion for continuously delivering a superior client service experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• A good understanding of operational risk, legal & DFSA requirements & operating procedures & practices
• Adherence to and continuous professional development of all regulatory requirements

The Sales Engineer (SE) is the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives, our channel partner network and their pre-sales customers. The SE will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our pre-sales customers and channel partners to help close deals by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers and channel partners either onsite, online, and via telephone. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales customers and help clients with planning and implementation of my clients products
Provide support and training to the channel partner network and respond to technical requests from channel partners

Will provide software and network troubleshooting in complex customer environments
Maintain and expand working knowledge of current and beta products
Share best practices with other SEs to enhance quality of service and efficiency
Provide product training and mentoring when required

Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events
Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance my clients products

Qualifications/Requirements:
BS degree or combination of: education and pre-sales experience in Security Software and Systems.
Sales Engineering and/or professional services experience preferred
Experience working with various Microsoft software and systems
Experience with various content security software and systems preferred
Solid multi-tasking, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
Self-starter and quick learner with desire to continually learn new tools and technologies
Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, account management and negotiation skills, with the ability to interface with a diverse set of clients including administrators and C-level executives
