The Role
The
Wholesale Executive position is with a multinational lifestyle brand in Dubai.
Reporting to the MD, the primary responsibilities will be as follows:
- Developing the brand across a network of multi-brand retailers in the Middle East

The Bilingual Training Specialist will be responsible for delivering training courses personally and identifying external trainers as appropriate in the implementation of the Group's training plans which will ensure the appropriate level of expertise to meet current and future needs of the business.

* University
Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline
* Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in a line function of a Bank or human resources preferably with a local/ Gulf bank entailing responsibilities of employment training & development.
* Bilingual - Arabic and English language skills required
* Banking experience is a must
* L&D/Training background is essential
* Previous experience designing and developing training material advantageous (both soft skills and technical banking courses).

KSA National - Riyadh
Reporting to the GM the HR Manager is to support the delivery of HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with the business plan. This is to be delivered by executing effective HR functions including recruitment, organisational development, Saudisation, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development and planning.
This is for a leading organization in the FMCG industry.
Description:
- Design, develop and implement polices and procedures, working with General Manager
- Conduct industry and Gulf market salary surveys to determine competitive compensation & benefits plan. Work on rewards design and salary pay scales relating to job performance and grade
- Maintain effective government relations and employment contracts adhere to KSA labour law
- Drive recruitment and talent pipelines, including Saudisation plan. Monitor recruitment processes and budgets. Ensure future talent is nurtured through the organization
- Design and implement effective training plan for all staff and all levels, including technical/specialist training. Track performance management and adapt training where necessary
- Over all control of the HR budget ensuring that function is covered effectively
- Management of a HR team
- Evaluate organization culture and recommend changes to accomplish goals and objectives
- Develop Saudisation strategy including attraction, retention and development
- Recommend and maintain organizational structure and manpower planning for staffing levels
Job Offer:
Salary on offer is around AED 30,000 plus bonus
