Assist Sales
Head in developing/ executing sales strategy and plan both short and long range
for the region/ territory assigned.
Establish sales objectives & ensure achievement of defined sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services
Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Identify & generate business from new accounts
Identify potential market segments/verticals
Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities.
Build credibility in the market & gain market share
Customer Management:
Assess, meet and exceed customer expectations.
Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent & long-term relationships with them.
Ensure regular, clear and two-way communication between the client and team
Provide team representation and set proper client expectations.
Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue

The candidate will be expected to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact with US customers and should be individual contributor role in the development activities.
Participate and contribute in team software architecture and design.
Perform a range of software development duties and drive development forward under your own initiative. Actively seeks guidance when needed.

Integrate and test third party code.
Interpret business requirements and functional specification
Assist in the design and development of web and Windows forms applications.

Bachelors in Computer Science or Software engineering
5+ years of related experience
Must possess the ability to work in a team environment

Demonstrated ability of working in all phases of entire software development lifecycle in a controlled environment
Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, (Visual Studio), MS SQL, and Javascript
