Ensure that
the companys Food Safety System fulfill the requirements stated in ISO
22000:2005 and Recommended International Code of Practice-General Principles of
Food Hygiene [CAC/RCT 1-1969, Rev. 4, 2003.
Ensure that
the food safety management system is established, implemented, maintained and
updated and provide feedback to top Management on the effectiveness of the Food
Safety Systems.
Co-ordinate
and maintain records of Food Safety Review Meetings.
Record and
Follow up customer complaints, non-conformance reports and corrective &
preventive action reports.
Control the
revision and issue of all system documents.
Ensure
relevant training and education of the food safety team Provide support and
guidance to all company personnel in maintaining and improving the Quality and
Food Safety System.
Liaison with
external parties on matters relating to the quality & food safety
management system.
Schedule and
organize Internal Audits
Educational Certification:
Bachelors
degree with specialization in Food Safety Management System ISO 22000 or HACCP.
