With a sales team, based in INDIA, LUXEMBOURG and DUBAI, you will be responsible to develop and build up the commercialization of all our products worldwide, essentially through a network of thousands of distributors, managed by your commercials or agents dedicated.. You will be in charge of analyzing the market and its evolution, and adapt the commercial strategy to achieve high-level results everywhere. You will pay attention to the diversification of the products according to the needs of each country or territory, and of each sector we are working with (industry, building, services). Youll have (often and if necessary) to build and propose yourself the right solutions to our international large and key accounts. Watching very carefully the market, the competitors, the new products proposed, youll be the link between the field and the group, to bring us news and advices to be more efficient and more up-to-date.
With a high-level training (management school, or technical with a strong experience in selling; master degree level), you have a real experience (more than 10 years) in selling products, equipment, technical solutions in an international environment. You have done that essentially through a strong network of distributors of any kind, anywhere. As a real sales manager, you are quite comfortable with strategic plans, and their implementation, and with systematical report and follow-up. You know very well how to meet with the right people (prospects, clients, intermediaries), and go to the right business conclusions, with precise, strict and sincere assignments, in any country. Accustomed to a permanent international business, you will be the representative of the French industrial excellence.
All the activity and the business need perfect fluent English. One or two other languages (incl. French) should be very useful. Frequent international journeys. Position based in Dubai; general management in France.
