• Monitors product performance. Collects technical data, evaluates maintenance procedures, performs analysis and documents trends.
• Monitors maintenance activities and product operational performance. Makes recommendations for resolution of potential issues. Solicits customer feedback and initiates action to improve satisfaction with company products and services.
• Provides guidance to less experienced field service representatives.
• Develops and conducts ad hoc training.
• Manages field office resources and maintains company presence. Prepares required company reports.

AH-64E Field Service Representative will be a member of the AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) in support of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC) customer as the Saudi AH-64D/E MAT General Aircraft Repair Technician. The General Aircraft Repair Technician is fully qualified and current in Aviation Intermediate Maintenance and Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVIM/AVUM) scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support the fleet. The MAT augments RSLFAC personnel in accomplishing AVIM/AVUM sustainment maintenance tasks, and provide supplemental on-the-job training to customer personnel to augment formal classroom training.
This is a Boeing Saudi Arabia (BSA) International Local Hire Employee (ILHE) position. US citizens will be paid in local currency, and be regulated by Saudi Arabia labor laws.
Current contract ends 31 October 2016. This position, and continued employment after 31 October 2016, is contingent on contract extension award.

shall provide on-site BSA support to F-15SA AMT missions located at KKAB and
