Ensuring
via the creation, modification and /or authoring where necessary of SOPs, the
efficient management of processes within the organization.
Organizing
and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information including DMS.
High
school completion as a minimum, ideally with a bachelors in business
administration or similar.

years Admin experience with 3 years+ in a senior role.
Strong
administration and organizational skills
Good
telephone manner and communications skills
Excellent
computer literacy with knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook and Access)
Working
knowledge with SAP
Previous
experience of purchasing processes would be beneficial
Experience
of working within a construction environment would be an advantage
Expert
level written and spoken English is essential, Arabic an advantage.
Confidence
and ability to remain calm when working under pressure.
Ability
to work in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, whilst remaining
flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

Stacking

Periodical
Stock Taking:
Periodical
physical material inventory in every quarterly on common stock & project
stock materials and yearly inventory on fixed assets and submit reports to
Inventory and Asset controller.
Top-upping
of Materials:
Monitoring
of stock level of stock items and intimating to store keeper for its periodical
top-upping.
Scraping
of damaged materials:
Verification
of physical condition of materials and assets and initiate for periodical
scraping of damaged materials/assets.
Supervising
and controlling:
Assigning
works to Workers for daily activities such as Material counting, tag replacing
as per material movements, Housekeeping etc. and giving them proper guidance to
handling and stacking of materials and asset equipment’s in standard way with
proper identification tags and bin cards.
Utilization
of maximum storage spaces and storing of materials in standard way in adequate
areas.
Safety
and Security:
Ensure
proper security systems at Store such as Fencing and proper fencing lights are
available.
Safe
guarding of stores and fixed assets by giving proper safety guidance to Store
security guards with coordination of Inventory and Asset Controller.
Reporting:
Preparing
monthly stock report of Materials and Fixed assets and submit to Inventory and
Asset Controller.
Preparing
of Scrap details and submit to Inventory and Asset Controller for necessary
action to sale those scraps.
Requirements
Minimum
higher secondary with minimum 3 years of experience in similar role and
industry
Fluency
in English, spoken and written.
Good
knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
Knowledge
of Warehouse Procedures
Basic

Proper
and orderly storage and issuance of materials
Professional
and friendly manner.
