Key
Responsibilities
? To lead the current leasing team, being accountable for the overall performance and profitability of the department
? Set and monitor KPIs for the team, ensure a balance between ownership and entrepreneurship
? Be actively involved in recruitment, training and employee engagement
? Guide the team to maximize listings of land or buildings for leasing and ensure appropriate advertising of properties
? Estimate the current market and have an overall picture on the current leasing rates
? Evaluate market trends to foresee needs of clients and train the team to locate properties for their consideration
? Oversee legal agreements between parties, overall administration of contracts
? Ensure efficient that the team is receiving support from administration, and support them on finalizing legal agreements between parties, overall administration of contracts

Lab Technician -
Batching Plant

Responsibilities:
• To understand the needs of specific projects and advise on suitable products as required
• Carryout trials at sites and labs to match the performance requirements by tweaking the formulation with assistance of Batch Plant Manager
• To prepare products to meet the site requirements as and when necessary
• Accurately proportion cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures in batches to load into ready mix trucks
• Work with Production, Transportation, and Dispatch departments regarding material delivery
• Responsible for keeping accurate weight, measure, and billing information to ensure proper crediting to projects
• Checks inventory control of raw materials, concrete additives and/or specialized materials and notify appropriate suppliers of production needs
• Responsible for compliance with applicable environmental regulations affecting the operation of batch plant equipment
• Responsible for daily inspection of facilities and preparation of maintenance checklists
• Responsible for operating and troubleshooting of the ready mix batch plant
• He reports to the Batch Plant Operations Manager

Requirement: EDUCATIONAL/
COMPETENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED
• Must be certified and possess an orange card (Trakhees)
• Civil Engineering Degree/Technical Diploma
• Must follow company production and safety procedures

• English Knowledge at Graduate /Diploma Level

Operations Manager

Summary
The Batch Plant Operation Manager (BPOM) is responsible for supervising and directing all concrete production activities to satisfy the projects needs on time and to control production costs. He shall be responsible for safety and quality control to ensure that all concrete mixes required by the various sites, meet the required specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor batch plant daily production against forecast daily requirements
• Ensure preventative maintenance is carried out as planned
• Will be the single point contact between batch plant and sites project managers
• Attend daily concrete planning meetings
• Monitor equipment availability against plan
• Coordinates with the Project Managers (PMs) to ensure all necessary work permits have been applied for and granted prior to commencing work
• Prepares reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, personnel forecasts, and costing of the various concrete products
• Liaises with the PM construction team to ensure the timely and cost effective delivery of concrete produced
• Attends construction meetings with the PMs as required
• Batch concrete load according to specifications
• Ability to understand and produce appropriate uses of various mix designs
• Responsible for efficient working condition of plant equipment
• Operate equipment safely
• Perform servicing and maintenance
• Cost effective operations of the batching plant
