Requirements
The ideal
candidate will have at least 20 years experience within the industry and
understand the role of the project manager and their team including all forms
of contracts, planning and cost. (FIDIC, EOT) Although this is for a fit out
company and Senior Project Managers from a similar company are preferred our
client will also consider candidates who have worked for a contractor but
carried out full turnkey fit out projects. Experience in the delivery of high
end projects such as hotels and residential is essential and without this
experience you will not be considered. You must also worked on significant
projects with a minimum value of 40 millions AED.
