Requirements
- B.Sc. granted by accredited university in addition to extra qualifications in the field of cost estimation of construction projects. - 12 years in the field of preparing cost estimates of the projects of construction including the civil, electrical and mechanical fields. - Water experience. - A good appreciation of market conditions - Good commercial and contractual awareness - Good negotiation, influencing and communication skills - Ability to produce clear, accurate and detailed tenders and reports - Conversant with Microsoft Project or equivalent

Project Controls Manager

• Review Construction Contractor Submitted schedules and updates for compliance with contract requirements. • Responsible for Project Progress, Scheduling and Cost Status Reports • Responsible for Performance Measurement and tracking • Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports. • Ability to monitor all construction activities for schedule conformance with proposed tirnelines, and validate construction progress schedules • Review and approve invoices submitted by theconstruction contractor • Assembles and compiles schedule and cost data and inputs into the project schedule and provides output to the project team providing overall project direction for schedule control • Supports the project team in maintaining timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems. • Develops and maintains status reports including: schedule status, financial analysis, cost performance and earned value reports. • Support with project Briefings and presentations to client.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering orArchitecture from an accredited university and a minimum of 10 years' experience with Scheduling using Primavera • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Scheduling • Experience in KSA/MENA markets is highly recommended • Expert ability in Primavera P6 Project Management Software • Primavera P6, MS Project Software. • Expert ability in Microsoft Excel, developing complex spreadsheets for planning and updating progress. • Understanding the requirements of the contracts and commercial documents on major projects. • Ability to coordinate with other engineering, construction, and support professionals in developing and utilizing project controls tools. • Ability to prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports Tabook - Khurais

We have an exciting opportunity to work as a Claims Manager for a well established contractor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be working on high profile projects on behalf of Riyadh municipality. You will be a QS or Engineer - highly experienced with Claims and preferably with Middle-East / GCC experience. Duties will include: - Contract reviews - Training contract administrators - Write the claims - Preparing the claims to go to litigation.
Salary: SAR 40,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Housing, Car, Flights, Medical.
Requirements
- At least 20 years' experience working for Main Contractors - Claims preparation experience for Main Contractors - A civil engineering or architect or quantity surveying degree - A legal qualification such as an LLM.

About the company: Our client is a leading international Engineering company, they are currently looking to hire Contract Administrator for an Industrial project in Bahrain. The Contract Administrator reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of project subcontracts Responsibilities: • The Contract Administrator reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for the commercial and contractual administration of project subcontracts which includes: • Maintain approved bidders list (if applicable) • Provide formation input to subcontract packages • Participate in pre-award meetings when required • Provide contract and Subcontract interpretation • Maintain records of communications and documents including work delays and interruptions • Review and process progress payments and monitor payment retention and back-charge administration • Process changes, extra work orders, extensions of time including contract amendments and commitment authorisations and issue a status reports as required • Maintain the subcontract register • Evaluate and negotiate all subcontract change orders with the approval of the Site Manager and Client. • Besides the tasks of his individual discipline he is responsible for HSE within his scope of work. He has the obligation to immediately take the appropriate corrective actions, or to interrupt work if safety and health of people or damage to the environment are foreseeable.
