* Assist with preparation
of financial aspects of the banking licence application for the Bank, including
capital, liquidity and ICAAP stress testing.
* Participate in and provide financial information to working groups dealing with issues such as governance and controls of new subsidiary, business model, and corporate structure.
* Create presentation materials to communicate Brexit decision points and impacts to senior managers within the finance function.
* Provide review and supervision of ALCO and SMT materials, which are prepared offshore.
* Provide commentary for balance sheet, liquidity and capital movements.
* Participate in the financial forecasting process, including working on funding plan templates and consolidation of Solo forecasts.
* Provide review and supervision of reporting produced by offshore teams.
* Participate in and provide financial information to working groups dealing with issues such as governance and controls of new subsidiary, business model, and corporate structure.

* Experience of operating at a detailed level of data, combined with being able to deliver insightful high level commentary
* Ability to communicate well with all levels, including senior management, colleagues in other countries and the Global Financial Services team in Chennai

Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of a solution implementation within MSP
* Oversee all project phases and activities (i.e. Pre-Project, Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Controlling, Deployment, and Transition-to-Service), this could be in-country, or across a region.
* Leadership of other projects within the broader suite of offerings of Human Capital Management.
* May be required on an as and when basis, along with internal change management.
* The management of stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, coaching and leading project team members and the management of change are constant themes.
