Job Description 

Marketing of Grains ( BEANS N PULSES, RICE, WHEAT) , Spices, Nuts in India, South east Asia and Middle-east countries. Managing all procedures of trading including handling various formalities, shipping, documentation for clearance of consignments and logistics; Sourcing of different Grains but not restricted to the above.  - Interacting with government departments, regulatory authorities, local bodies, customs authorities, port authorities and ensuring compliance with various statutory obligations; - Submission of bid bonds , performance bonds, negotiations in tenders - Finalizing freight rates for transport solutions at reasonable costs with cargo movers, transport contractors, shipping lines, freight forwarding contractors for bulk and small consignments for inbound-outbound movement; - Handling import purchase and exports pre / post-shipment activities to increase organizational growth; - Coordinating for Establishment of L/C and Amendments as per payment terms; - Preparing export documents as per L/C terms and as per Buyers requirement; - Co-ordination with clearing agents for finalization of BL and daily shipment status; - Appointment of surveyor for cargo inspection and follow-up with them for results and issuance of final certificates; - Handling operation of purchase orders; - Preparing purchase contracts on the basis of confirmation received from suppliers and getting the contract signed from suppliers; - Preparing L/C application and L/C amendment draft; - Preparing export documents as per L/C terms; - Responsible for chartering business for all the vessels of coking coal and other raw materials; - Send request to vessel owner for vessel nomination as per the shipping procedures; - Handling vessel operations and synchronize information between shipper and ship owners; - Check all the certificates of vessel and arrange the acceptance of vessel from shipper through their load port authorities; - Track all the shipments lying at port, in transit and day-to-day communication with our clearance department for customs clearance; - Responsible for all the finance and insurance arrangements and freight payment to vessel owners; - Identify new markets / business development. - Handling logistics operations across multiple locations, port areas, procurement areas;

Requirements
