Cyber Strategy Analyst

Cyber Strategy Analyst required for a leading management consultancy. The role can be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about cyber security. The role may require extensive travel to KSA with anywhere between 4 - 5 days a week on the client site weekly.

Key Role:
Apply knowledge in Cyber Security, as related to technical architecture, systems and network security, security program development, change management, organization assessment and design, human capital, strategic planning, talent management, and general management consulting to government and commercial clients. Work closely with colleagues and clients to solve key Cybersecurity strategy and workforce challenges. Synthesize and analyze complex information and work with the broader team to develop high-quality interim and final deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Assist with building and growing existing Cybersecurity offerings and delivering client engagements, including marketing and proposal development, delivery and execution, and working in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the Cybersecurity field, including security principles, approaches, and technologies
- Ability to be self-motivated and multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets
- BS degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, or Data Science

Additional Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience or internship with general management consulting, including change management, organizational assessment and design, human capital, strategic planning, or talent management
- Experience in the health, financial services, government, and energy sectors preferred
- Possession of excellent time management and organizational skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- MS degree in Business or MBA, Cybersecurity, Political Science, or a related field
- Cybersecurity Certifications, including Security+, CEH, and SANS preferred

A leading regional bank in the Middle East is looking to recruit a Digital & Innovation Strategy Execution Manager for their office in Kuwait. As markets and environments change, banks need to constantly evolve to suit their markets and regulatory constraints in order to maintain their position in the market. This role will report into the Deputy CEO and will help drive large-scale cultural and organizational change initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:
- Drives cultural change across the organization on a global scale through the use of various methodologies.
- Be a key proponent in deciding the steps that need to be taken in order to foster a change in culture and employee behaviour.
- Ideally resonating towards a more innovative, open source platform in order for market readiness towards digital disruptors, excessive regulation and/or advancements in Fintech.
- Take an active role in different teams across various departments under sponsorship of the CEO to plan, strategize, prepare, and implement change initiatives throughout the organization.
- Running and ensuring the success of process improvement initiatives with a focus on customer orientation, service, and quality across business and support divisions within the bank.
- University degree (MBA preferred but not required) from a leading academic institution with a focus on business administration.
- Ability to use systematic and data-driven methods in order to solve problems, analyze and improve processes.
- Strong knowledge of financial services from an operational and support perspective.
- Operational and project management experience including leading large company-wide program deployments, fostering change in a fast paced environment.
- 7 + years of experience in a similar role/function.
- A track record of being involved in the successful implementation of organization-wide change programs.
- Banking experience (ideally in a digital/innovation role) is MANDATORY. Candidates without banking experience will not be considered for this opportunity.
