Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: • Integrity • Outstanding value to markets and clients • Commitment to each other • Strength from cultural diversity As a Senior Associate Corporate Tax you will: • Have in outstanding experience in a wide range of industries. • Must be familiar with the tax & zakat consulting process and the professionalism necessary for the effective diagnosis, solution, development and implementation of clients' tax or zakat needs. • Concentrate efforts on a variety of international compliance, research, consulting and planning issues. • Advising multinational companies on the tax implications of their operations in Saudi Arabia. • Draft and delivery of proposals for engagements and are knowledgeable about the range of services offered by the firm. • Timely and quality delivery of services to exceed the expectations of our clients. • Develop and pursue creative strategies while using the latest technologies. • Responsibilities include oversee tax & zakat research projects for clients in diverse industries; participate in engagements requiring tax & zakat analysis for a variety of entities and their affiliates; research and analyze a wide range of tax issues such as deferred tax liability issues and tax implications of financing techniques.
Requirements
• Three or more years of general tax & zakat experience, preferably with at least a year focused on Saudi tax & zakat. • Experience with a Big 4 firm or large corporate tax & zakat department of a multinational company is required. • Consulting and compliance experience is needed. • Experience with inbound and outbound international tax is preferred. • Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required. • Good knowledge of tax & zakat business laws and regulations • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

The Role
Objectives: To support the assigned project(s) by providing site based support and supervision to proactively coordinate the various activities of the project to ensure timely delivery and adherence to schedules. Main responsibilities: • Managing portions of construction projects • Overseeing building work & undertaking surveys • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly • Supervising contracted staff (if applicable) • Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager • Providing technical advice and solving problems on site • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork • Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials • Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to Site engineers work out on a construction site in all weathers and tend to work on one project at a time. • Abovementioned are the only some of the responsibilities of this role and are not limited to the same Reporting to: Project Manager Other interactions: Project Director Number required: 1 Duration: 2 years Probation: 6 Months Other Benefits: Health Insurance, Annual Airfare
