ABOUT THE ROLE
The purpose of our Product Manager role is to drive the conceptualisation, development and rollout of products. This is a pivotal role and requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work closely with key stakeholders in the company to understand the market and the issues they face and can identify and implement innovative solutions for the broader market. Working across all areas of the company, you will serve as an internal/external liaison between Sales channels marketing teams and key customers.

Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the entire Product lifecycle from strategic planning and feature roll out. Identify, conceptualise and develop new products and any amendments/improvements to existing products.
- Analyse data science and market trends and identify solutions to support product development
- Develop, lead and implement projects such as company-wide go-to-market plans, ensuring a timely delivery of projects in collaboration with other departments.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on product features and act as a main point of contact for any enquiries
- Liaise with the Sales / Distribution team, offering support and sharing knowledge on product to maximise sales
- Collaborate with the engineering team to agree on priorities and ensure product developments/amendments are prioritised correctly and as per the business needs

Additional qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of prior experience working in a PM role
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Good commercial awareness demonstrable competence in analysing, reporting and efficiently responding to data
- Target driven and good numerical and analytical skills with an excellent eye for detail working with qualitative and quantitative data
- Extensive experience in delivering highly successful and innovative product developments
- Extensive experience with design and product testing
- Experience working within the technology industry/start-up environment is highly desirable
- Educated to BS/MS level (or equivalent) within a subject relevant to the position such as Computer Science, Engineering or Economics

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our iOS developers have a passion to push mobile technologies to the limits. As an iOS Developer, you work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation mobile applications in a scalable manner.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced, scalable applications for the iOS platform.
- Work with the product and design teams to understand end-user requirements and use cases and translate them pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
- Integrate with our backend services (JSON, XML, etc.) to make sure we are delivering a great mobile user experience that is super-fast for end users.
- Working on end-to-end product modules/features from requirement to going live.
- Design and review code, troubleshoot and act as a consultant to team members on technical matters.
- Gather requirements by interacting directly with the end users and advocate delightful user experiences.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- You use core animation to create engaging motion effects and intuitive interfaces.

Experience Required:
- 3+ years of iOS application development, with extensive use of Obj-C (or Swift) I/O, collections, algorithms and well-known application frameworks.
- Strong understanding of interactive application development paradigm under iOS, memory management, file I/O, network programming, concurrency and multithreading.
- Experience in iOS-specific application development and publishing iOS apps in the appstore.
- Good understanding of design patterns.
- Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in working with third-party libraries and APIs.
- Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions. Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal).

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- You will be the mission critical leader in the city, working closely with the GM to guarantee supply and leverage deep analytical insights to deliver high impact results. [What's more, you are on a clear path to graduate to GM someday!]

ABOUT THE ROLE
The marketing executive is a key element for supporting demand generation. Your team's job will be to make sure as many people as possible use Careem and once they do, to offer them the best experience there can be.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support your team in hitting our growth targets. We want as many people as possible to enjoy our services
- Master Data, extract relevant intelligence
- Day-to-Day Digital outreach operations
- Help in the execution of an amazing marketing strategy

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to monthly city marketing plan which encompass promotions, partnerships, stunts, and new products/features to increase revenue and boost trip growth
- Collaborate with management and other marketing colleagues, aligning our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
- Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organisation­­ you will represent our brand and be our partners' liaison internally
- Manage customer activation as well as retention campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting in order to help deliver our main KPI: downloads, sign-ups, churn, daily trips
- Develop content strategies and Social Media initiatives to assure timely execution on our platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and monitor customer feedback
- Suggest measures to constantly improve our offering and the way we market our products
- Identify and build relationships with social media influencers and popular media outlets
- Attend relevant events to evangelise the company's mission and find like­minded individuals and companies to align with on future initiatives
- Assist with event planning, execution and reporting and cooperate with vendors, event coordinators, design teams, and local vendors for on­site collateral

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a sales professional to join our regional sales team as Sales Manager covering the Kuwait. This individual will drive the development and implementation of sales programs targeting prospective customers, current customers and other key contacts vital to generating sales opportunities. This person will be the central point of contact within their region and must be comfortable with ambiguously defined problems, challenges, and can balance thinking with tactical, detailed execution.

Key responsibilities:
- Define and implement an agreed sales plan.
- Deliver revenue against pre-defined targets and objectives.
- Understand buying/selling processes involving multiple decision-makers for ground transportation purchases.
- Build and maintain ongoing communications with the regional resources, such as marketing, sales management, technical support etc to ensure a transparent and co-ordinated approach in the region.
- Provide a regular reporting to ensure other team members as well as operations and corporate support are fully informed of the latest actions and information.
- Travel on regular basis and with limited supervision.
- Establish and maintain professional business relationship with our targeted customers and partners.
- Educate customers and prospects on our propositions and services.
