Consumer Marketing Manager to be based in Kuwait
Duties & Responsibilities:
• From Target Market analysis to suitable Product experience that meet the expectation.
• New & Existing Products requirements' assessment, evaluation, validation & differentiated.
• Product Lifecycle Requirements and Functionalities' Strategic Roadmap.
• Business Units' Requirements Gathering, Analysis & Compliance.
• Global and Countries' specific way of Consumer behavior, habits and interests
• Specification & functionalities' Planning, UX/UI Channels on smartphone, tablet & desktop
• Product Portfolio, Roadmap, concepts, Product Notes, Releases and Milestones.
• Product Performance, Trends, Market Share Analysis & Product Differentiation
• New & Product UI/UX, rendering, packaging, Internal and external Prototyping.
• Incorporate User feedback, Product suggestions ad build continuous product Enhancement.
• Monitor efficient working of all Products Managers & ensure compliance to the strategy.
• Full projects Management and ensure completion within required timeframe.
• Engage Products actors and stakeholders to Prioritize projects with competitive functionalities
• Coordinate with other departments to validate requirements with priorities.
• Coordinate with other department Units and perform product testing processes.
• Administer all user platforms / vertical products experience, the PMO and ensure their compliance on key expected deliverables.
• Manage compatibility between Requirements, admin control panel, User UI/UX and actual cross platform builds (Android, iOS, Windows & Web), Kiosk, POS, wearables & IoT) on all Products/projects for entire product life cycle.
• Build and manage test compliant cases analysis, with Products Managers on their UI/UX, best practice, with controls and admin panel interfaces respectively.
• Develop optimized methodology, to compliant test and specifically measure products and applications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management,
Business, Engineering, Science, or related field
• 5+ Years' Continuous experience in Consumer Marketing roles, demonstrated experience in Product management lifecycle with inbound and outbound skills to consumer audience/segment.
• Strong Track Record of Analytical Skills and Creative Problem-Solving technics.
• Experience with Project Management and Keeping Multiple Projects on schedules
• Effective communicator in written and verbal presentation forms.
• Exposure to segmentation, positioning, scalability, and new Product tracking.
• Confident and willing to take risks and make smart decisions.
• Strong ability to influence at all levels within the Isys Group.
• Strategic thinker who puts the needs of the whole over their individual contribution.
• Results oriented with a sense of urgency and immediate coordinated actions oriented
• Desire to scale, learn, engage, provide answers and challenge analytical thinking.
• Always acts with the highest level of ethics and integrity.
• Experience in technologies, IT, project & product management, are a plus
• Experience in B2E or B2C and products segmentation and specification, are a plus
