Job Description 
  
Responsible for the activities of assigned construction engineers, such as the application of drawings, specifications, and subcontracts. Review quantity listings of contractor field purchased material and equipment. Initiates requisitions for field purchases. Review preparation of construction drawings and schedules. Review contractor design of temporary construction facilities and ensures preparation of as built drawings and other job plans. Assists subordinate construction engineers and superintendents in: Interpreting design drawings. Monitoring equipment installation and planning for delivery of construction materials and equipment. Assuring that proper warehousing and storage exists to ensure environmental protection. Reviews specifications, purchase orders, subcontracts, inspection reports, delivery schedules, instruction manuals and technical data. Administers assigned subcontracts to ensure contract remains up to date in areas such as drawings, specifications, cost and schedule. Coordinates with the Field Construction Manager on activities affecting the contract administration operation. Coordinates with engineering design on constructability issues. Supervises subcontractor work efforts and administers routine subcontract changes and interfaces with client personnel. May represent the company in contractual discussions and negotiations. Reviews and/or supervises, as assigned, the preparation of construction estimates, cost engineering studies, schedules and budgets. Analyzes assigned construction activities to determine the scope, time and resource requirements. Ensures that vendors bids for material and equipment are in conformance to specifications. Coordinates the interfacing between the construction automation plan and the project controls program at the jobsite. Reviews project controls documents on progress relating to cost and schedule. Performs personnel evaluation of assigned subordinate personnel and ensures they receive progressive training. Involves punch listing in project closeout during initial acceptance and final acceptance. Works with various functions to ensure the project achieves corporate goals set for environmental, safety & health, quality, cost, and schedule. Review all transmittals of drawings and material.

The Role 
Strategy  * Support setting and implementation of the vision, strategy, direction and leadership for FCIIU AME, consistent with the vision and strategy for FCC and in support of the Group's strategic direction and growth aspirations.   Processes    * Develop and keep up to date appropriate policies/processes/ DOIs to faciliate effective governance over FCIIU operations, aligning with Group FCIIU across intelligence and investigations  * Ensure implementation of FCC policies and procedures as applicable to FCIIU  * Manage and/or resolve cases/SARs.   People and Talent    * Promote and embed a culture of openness, trust and risk awareness, where ethical, legal, regulatory and policy compliant conduct is the norm.  * Stimulate an environment where forward planning, prioritisation, deadline management and streamlined workflows and collaborative, inclusive yet effective and efficient work practices are the norm.  * Collaborate with training teams to input to training curriculum to support closing of capability gaps.   Risk Management   * Provide subject matter expertise on Financial Crime Intelligence, drawing on financial intelligence and law enforcement networks, professional qualifications and experience.  * Make recommendations (and/or implement) to relevant stakeholders on possible risk management responses to identified risks and/or findings of concerns from investigations.  * Assess risks arising from products / segments / geographies / customers / transactions.  * Inform senior management and relevant regulators of serious regulatory breaches (or where risk tolerances have been breached) and ensure that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.  Analyse significant financial crime risk events (e.g. SAR's, non-compliant transactions, production orders) to ensure that all connected parties, particularly cross-border are identified and reported at the appropriate levels internally as well as externally across all relevant jurisdictions.  * Identify intelligence for typology studies and risk mitigation plans.  * Identify financial crime risk indicators through various internal/external sources and the media; map and assess those risks, quantify the potential impact and escalate where necessary.Advise relevant stakeholders on outcomes of financial crime risks identification and assessment methodologies.  * Apply data analytics to large data sets in order to target risk.  * Partner with legal counsels for advice on technical matters.  * Ensure that significant investigations are concluded internally and externally where relevant (including cross-border).  * Manage end-to-end financial crime client reviews initiated by external sources (regulators, agencies, authorities or other external organisation), and internal events as applicable.  * Ensure remedial actions (eg Regulatory reporting, client exits, additions to watchlists) are recommended, approved by applicable FCC personnel and implemented,  * Provide investigative expertise to support management of Significant Regulatory/Legal cases.  * Conduct a root cause analysis on the control/other failures to ensure lessons are learned across the bank.  * Provide intelligence (to internal forums) on specific clients, client-types and emerging risk typologies.  * Provide intelligence inputs to support calibration of bank's Risk Methodologies (including aggregate client risk, product risk and country risk assessments).   Governance   * Support senior oversight of FCIIU AME.  * In the event of serious regulatory breaches, or where risk tolerances have been breached, ensure senior management and relevant regulators are informed and that actions are taken quickly to remediate and/or activities are ceased.  * Prepare and cascade lessons learned from investigations as applicable.  * Propose control improvements, enhancements and simplifications where appropriate.   Regulatory & Business conduct  Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.   * Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. POSITION: Medical Delegate DIVISION: Nutrition LOCATION: Oman REPORTS TO: Medical Field Supervisor  Main Purpose of Job The medical delegate is responsible for the ethical detailing of Nestlé Nutrition products in assigned territory by clearly communicating to medical / paramedical contacts accurate information about these products, their features and benefits and their appropriate use whenever mothers are unable or choose not to breastfeed their babies, and within guidelines as set by NME Nutrition in compliance with WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes, Nestlé Instructions and local country codes.  Major Responsibilities • Promote Nestlé’s belief that Breastfeeding is best for Babies and that Breastfeeding is recommendable over all other feeding alternatives for infants • Provide reliable information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices for medical/ paramedical contacts in areas that interest or affect them in their regular practice, according to current cycle detailing objectives and materials, becoming a reference advisor on these topics • Participate in the organization and running of on Product Knowledge, Nutrition or related topics medical / paramedical scientific meetings including their sponsorship meeting, guest lecturer invitation. • Identify and maintain relevant information on all contacts in assigned territory via master list, including classification on interest and importance, and by regular call cards completion • Monitor and report to the Medical Field Supervisor on activities of our competitors including new competitor products, communication strategies, etc. • Maintain proper records and registers of all correspondence and actions undertaken in daily activities • Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes. • Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that they will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity 
Requirements
