Job Description 

Job Summary Responsible for working alongside managers and accepting delegated responsibilities and duties with the goal of eventually becoming a manager. Primary responsibilities Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization. Evaluate work output. Receive classroom & On the Job instruction in subjects related to their rotational experience. Attend lectures, watch guest speakers, and create projects, oral presentations, and take tests. Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, customer services, purchasing, merchandising, and personnel departments. Learning staff functions and line, management view points, company policies, practices and operations which are significant in the proper functioning of an organization in the corporate world. Handle established accounts to gain familiarity. Adhere to guidelines of formal written training program. Attend periodic evaluations. Achieve a passing score in all areas of the management training program in order to continue in the program. Participate with management in interviewing, hiring, and training employees (in last quarter). Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity. Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations. Report market activity to management by monitoring and analyzing competitive price lists and products. Work with and through management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability. Performing additional duties which are often assigned to management trainees by a particular company apart from the above mentioned duties.

The Key Holder is responsible for the following

Responsible for managing the full NPD process, for all cosmetics & personal care categories we operate in.  
Market research & analysis to identify trends and the most current fashions (cosmetics). This will include trends in packaging, fashion, colours and new product formats  
Provide regular competitor analysis and reports from the internet, market research, store visits and trade fairs to identify emerging trends / ideas. 
Linking up with sales teams to improve knowledge of our different markets, and feed these insights into NPD process. 
Initiating and managing the NPD process from start to finish holding overall responsibility & accountability for timely delivery and high quality in the end product. Must have very strong project management skills.  
Holding relevant departments accountable for delivery of inputs to ensure on time delivery of NPD.

Requirements 
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;   * Establish a working relationship, promoting and advising on H&S issues with the client, KEO project team and contractors.  * Maintain an up to date knowledge of H&S best practices and standards.  * Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the SMS, reviewing and recommending revisions as necessary to the Regional H&S Manager.  * Carry out H&S training based on training needs assessment and training programme for KEO employees on the project.  * Monitor and report on the standards of H&S achieved by the Contractors and maintain statistical data for the project.  * Ensure incident reporting and investigation is carried out effectively and immediately to determine root cause and provide recommendations/directions aimed at preventing re-occurrence.  * Review and analyse the project incident data and KPI's on a monthly basis.  * Carryout periodic inspections of the project to ensure compliance and where applicable make recommendations for change.  * Manage the activities of and assign duties for KEO Safety Officers.  * Review of contractor's H&S documentation for compliance to relevant standards.  * Track the closure of H&S violation reports and H&S inspection reports that are issued to the contractor.  * Chair project H&S meetings and attend construction progress meetings.  To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 15 years of career experience on large villa projects, with a Bachelor in Construction/Engineering and a qualification in IOSH/NEBOSH.   KEO's performance is founded upon integrity, results, innovation, safety and our people.
